Good food but had to update i went through today 12/19 got my normal order and sad to say I found a hair in my hotdogs embedded in the cheese. Am I mad no not at all it happens I went back through and told them what happened they were super sweet we were making jokes about it. I love the people that work here and the food as well. Yall are amazing. I work in pest control and know this kitchen is one of the cleanest I have seen in a restaurant sometimes stuff happens and you just gotta laugh it off

Pals is great!!! (Should be the best) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This pals location is not as good as the location in the middle of morristown (5/5 amongst a few others) Still if you are wanting a good burger and fries this is were you should go. If you don’t know it is a drive through burger joint. It is delicious and spectacular. I would always tell anyone they need it.
P.S. I recommend the cedar rounds all day

I've been here a few times and they have never mistaken my complicated orders. Very fast, the hamburgers are great. Thought I would try a chili dog. It was the grossest thing I've eaten in a long time. The chili was lukewarm and the pink hot dog underneath was cold. Sorry pals maybe it was just a bad hot dog day.

Honestly, this is one of the best vanilla milkshakes I’ve ever had—and those shoestring fries are to die for!
The young woman at the first window was incredibly polite, and the young man at the end was equally friendly and courteous. A fantastic team and an exceptional product. Highly recommend!

Juicest burger ever for a fast food. Immiediet food. A single 5$burger filled me up. Their fries are well seasoned and salted. Perfect crunch withiut being too hard. I need one of these near my hometown.

I went to get a patty melt. They only told me they only serve it at certain times. I said I thought yall serve everything open to close. They told me the do on everything but patty melts. So then don’t advertise that?
