Pal's Sudden Services

I'm not lying when I say this is probably the best fast food I've ever had. Prices are better than any other competition. Quality is so much better like their burger is one of the most delicious burgers I've had. The Frenchie Fries are a must. I dont know what they do to make them but they are beyond a doubt the best fries I've ever had. If you're in Johnson City, Pal's is a must

Quick and food was hot.

Always have to stop at Pals when driving thought. Best burgers, fries, and sweet tea around. Wish they were in Knoxville!!

Burger was slightly below mid, but for burger to price ratio not terrible. Fries were good and well seasoned and sweet tea was good as well.

I typically hold Pal’s in very high regard, but the last couple of times, my experience has really fell flat. I do admit, that my latest encounter was after church on a Wednesday night, around 8:15 PM, BUT they don’t close until TEN, soooooo the “They were about to close,” excuse doesn’t hold water. Sorry. Not tryin to be smart, it just is what it is.

FOOD: Ordered a Junior Pal, no cheese, no onion. (I actually like the taste of these vs. the Big Pal, anywho…) Bun was very stale (very unusual), and the patty was room temperature AT BEST. Please note, I ate IN THE PARKING LOT, so burger was a one ⭐️, AT BEST. Fries were, “meh” with several soggy ones. NOT my fav. Now, the Vanilla Shake was very good, so that was a win.

SERVICE: Not terrible, but not the usual chipper folks that you see during the day hours. I’d hate to see what ordering at 9:45 PM would get ya. ??

OVERALL: M-Town is getting more and more choices in the burger and fast food arena. If I could go back tonight and do over, I’d go to McDonalds or maybe even Krystal’s, but it’ll be a minute before I try the evening hour Pal’s Sudden Service (or lack thereof).

Terrible fast food, just go to Wendy's or anywhere else. Service was very fast and friendly. The place is just a drive-thru but is set up pretty well despite that.

Everytime I come to this pals my fries are never salted the one on the east in is so much better. I will never come back to this one.

This pals is just like Jefferson City location pay for a bacon cheeseburger and never get the bacon on it I'm done with all the Pal's locations

Haven’t been to pals in years due to me living somewhere else and was so excited to try pals again but the frenchie fries has seriously taken a down turn. The last three times I have visited there, the fries barely have any seasoning. I love going here for the fries but seems like you just let the seasoning on the fry bin get on the fries without actually putting it on the fries themselves. What a shame, I guess this is their new policy.
