Papa Johns Pizza

Very rude ( not the store employees) the phone employees when you call in to order). This needs to be handled by store employees per store.

I hadn’t ordered from Papa John’s in a long time and had high hopes, but unfortunately, the pizza was not good. As you can see in the pictures, it lacked cheese in many areas and had heavy patches of just tomato sauce. The toppings looked like they were just dumped on with no care for an even distribution, and the jalapeños tasted old and hard. I ended up picking off the jalapeños.

The one redeeming factor was our delivery driver, who was so sweet and kind.

That said, this experience didn’t inspire me to come back anytime soon. I’ll continue my break from Papa John’s for now.

Awful. ordered delivery online around 6:10. was told my order would take approximately 47 minutes. It was scheduled to arrive around 650 to 7 o’clock. The driver finally got in the area about 715. My apartments are kind of complicated so I figured he was lost. I waited about 10 minutes and called the store where they assured me, he was just delivering another order within the same apartment complex. So about 730 And there is still no sign of him and the tracking app is not working. He then marked my order as delivered around 740. Only 40 minutes after I was My pizza and the worst part is it wasn’t even delivered. I called the store to speak to a manager. And they then proceeded to tell me that he had stood at the door and knocked twice And tried to call me multiple times. Which never happened i had no missed calls and have dogs who bark at every little noise. All the manager offered was for me to have it remade and sent back out which there’s no way i’m waiting another house and a half on one pizza. so i just requested a refund which they did refund however i could’ve saved myself almost 2 hours by picking another pizza place.

Ordered a medium combination pizza and Chipotle wings. Received a cheese pizza and a wing box completely filled with Pepper chinies and bread sticks...pizza tasted funny and I was sick for 4 hours...someone screwed with this food..I placed order earlier so I'd receive it so I could go to work...I had little money and was using this as two meals...now on the road with breadsticks for dinner...I had to violently go to the bathroom...recommend never eating there.

Papa John's is my favorite pizza. The crust is the best crust ever! Looks like they have new management which is good.

Parking: Very little parking lot. Very cramped.

I will come back and finish the review once I see that they actually give my money back. Since it would be an hour or more before they could bring me another. I don't understand that but as long as I get my money back. I'll be hungry but satisfied with the resolution.

I don't always eat Papa johns because it is a little expensive but every time I do it is worth it. Their pizza is my favorite out of all the other pizza places I've tried. Service is always good as well and the store always appears clean when I go in. They are short interactions with the customer though so I put the service and atmosphere a little lower than the food but it's still good. I always call my order in so they always have it ready when I get there. The pizza and cheese bread are good choices to try out if you haven't been and I highly recommend their garlic sauce to go with it. No other place can make their garlic sauce how Papa johns does they have it down to a perfected science

I put in a order online, to have my food delivered by 1230. I placed this order after 1100 to come to howmet aerospace. I got a notification that the driver was here, i came outside and no driver. We only get 15 mins for lunch. Factory workers should come first if ya'll have residents as well with deliveries. We only get so long to eat. We always order from ya'll, but I'm not anymore.

Best Pizza in the area. Especially the spinach with Alfredo with tomato on top. Pepperoni is excellent also. It's all good. And they have a wide variety menu to choose from . Everyone needs a Papa John's pizza. ?
