Papa Johns Pizza

I made a late night call, desperate for a large order for a charter bus group after a long day. There was nothing else open at almost midnight in Morristown we were tired and hungry after a long day of travel! Fortunately for us Misty answered my call, gladly took our order, rushed to get pizzas in the oven and even delivered them herself to our hotel down the street on her way home.

It was such a blessing. There are not enough stars on this review to keep clicking to give her as many as she deserves!

Ordered a pizza that had the wrong sauce on it and my son is allergic to it. Not even a big deal but talked to Kaitlyn/ Caitlyn? On the phone who said she was the manager. (Didn’t sound anything like a manager) and shut me down completely. I can’t help your website is jacked up this is the second time this has happened. Safe to say popa John’s is out of the question from now on. Terrible customer service and also waited on the phone forever just to be told to kick rocks. Even offered to pay more on tip for the correct pizza and they still said no. If anyone wants an actual honest review this is it right here, don’t go there!!

Fantastic, I have 6 children one of little girls does not eat cheese and does not like pizza she at almost 2 slices of the cheese pizza!! Enough said!!!

Well, I ordered the 12 inch cheesestick and for starters why is there only 1 pizza sauce for a large cheese stick? And they used to put a lot more cheese on them. I used to go there just for the cheese sticks but I’m thinking not so much anymore.

Tried ordering on line but app messed up keeps wanting password, can’t pay for my order, so I call the store & guy helps me can’t speak clear English so went somewhere else!

I hadn’t ordered from Papa John’s in a long time and had high hopes, but unfortunately, the pizza was not good. As you can see in the pictures, it lacked cheese in many areas and had heavy patches of just tomato sauce. The toppings looked like they were just dumped on with no care for an even distribution, and the jalapeños tasted old and hard. I ended up picking off the jalapeños.

The one redeeming factor was our delivery driver, who was so sweet and kind.

That said, this experience didn’t inspire me to come back anytime soon. I’ll continue my break from Papa John’s for now.

Awful. ordered delivery online around 6:10. was told my order would take approximately 47 minutes. It was scheduled to arrive around 650 to 7 o’clock. The driver finally got in the area about 715. My apartments are kind of complicated so I figured he was lost. I waited about 10 minutes and called the store where they assured me, he was just delivering another order within the same apartment complex. So about 730 And there is still no sign of him and the tracking app is not working. He then marked my order as delivered around 740. Only 40 minutes after I was My pizza and the worst part is it wasn’t even delivered. I called the store to speak to a manager. And they then proceeded to tell me that he had stood at the door and knocked twice And tried to call me multiple times. Which never happened i had no missed calls and have dogs who bark at every little noise. All the manager offered was for me to have it remade and sent back out which there’s no way i’m waiting another house and a half on one pizza. so i just requested a refund which they did refund however i could’ve saved myself almost 2 hours by picking another pizza place.
