Pizza was okay, but more like a frozen pizza, not a freshly made pizza. Distribution of the topping were not balanced over the entire pizza.

My order was suppose to be delivered between 6:50 and 7:00, it was delivered at7:37 cold. Pizza was not correct. I have not had an issue with other Pizza places in this area delivering hot food. This was my first and last time ordering food from this Papa John's. It's bad when the people working there doesn't care at all.

This used to be a 5-star rating. However, since Papa Johns started routing calls to a 3rd party service, it's a pain to order over the phone. And the past several pizzas we've gotten haven't been good. At this point, we won't be ordering from here again.

I pre-ordered two pizzas through the Papa John’s app and picked them up on my way home from work. Both pizzas were wrong. One was supposed to have no sauce (as clearly stated on the receipt), but it had sauce. The other was supposed to be well done, but the peppers and onions were raw and crunchy, like they hadn’t been cooked at all. On top of that, I was missing a dipping sauce I had paid for.

I called and asked for a manager. A woman who said she was management (Kaitlyn/ Caitlyn) got on the phone. Instead of listening, she was argumentative, but eventually told me she would add two replacement pizzas to my phone number as part of their quality guarantee.

Four days later, I called to redeem those replacements. She answered and immediately put me on hold. After waiting over 10 minutes, I hung up and called back—only to be placed on hold again. This time, I had my son call while I stayed on the line. She picked up right away for him and asked if he wanted to place an order. When I told her I was still on hold on the other line trying to use my replacements, she said “please hold” yet again and put me back on hold. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I gave up.

It’s clear she recognized my number on caller ID and was deliberately avoiding honoring the replacement pizzas. For someone claiming to be a manager, this behavior is shockingly unprofessional.

I have now contacted corporate and filed a complaint. As a family that ordered from this location 3–4 times every month, we will no longer be giving them our business. I strongly encourage others to avoid this store as well. I'll update if I get any resolution from my corporate complaint.

Woman who says she's management (Caitlyn) is beyond rude and unprofessional and refuses to do anything about orders that are completely messed up. Then hangs up on me. Will never be back

I made a late night call, desperate for a large order for a charter bus group after a long day. There was nothing else open at almost midnight in Morristown we were tired and hungry after a long day of travel! Fortunately for us Misty answered my call, gladly took our order, rushed to get pizzas in the oven and even delivered them herself to our hotel down the street on her way home.

It was such a blessing. There are not enough stars on this review to keep clicking to give her as many as she deserves!

Ordered a pizza that had the wrong sauce on it and my son is allergic to it. Not even a big deal but talked to Kaitlyn/ Caitlyn? On the phone who said she was the manager. (Didn’t sound anything like a manager) and shut me down completely. I can’t help your website is jacked up this is the second time this has happened. Safe to say popa John’s is out of the question from now on. Terrible customer service and also waited on the phone forever just to be told to kick rocks. Even offered to pay more on tip for the correct pizza and they still said no. If anyone wants an actual honest review this is it right here, don’t go there!!
