Great food and great service! Our waiter was exceptional! He anticipated all of our needs, quick, and attentive. He treated us so well that we left him around $50 on like an $80 order. We ordered the spicy chicken pasta, a family size buffalo chicken pizza, a family size 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni pizza, and an order of the cheesy garlic knots. All were amazing!!! As a former server myself I have high standards for service and he was the first to meet those standards in months. I didn’t catch our servers name but he worked Sunday October the 12th in case management wants to give him special recognition.

After three visits I can confirm that they have consistently great staff working there, amazing pizza and great prices. The New York style pizza I get is phenomenal. Very cheesy!! Definitely my go to when I want a non-chain pizza!

These guys make THE BEST pizza I have ever had, hands down. Not only is their food absolutely amazing, but they know the meaning of good customer service. I have never felt like we were “inconveniencing” them when we eat there, like we do so often any more just about anywhere we go. It’s so refreshing. Roma 3 is truly a gem. If you want to be treated with respect AND eat great food, then you’ll definitely want to go to Roma 3.

Pizza 🍕 was best I’ve had in Morristown ! Thin n crispy cheese only ! I did pay for protein thought would b pepperoni but just cheese but I paid $2.25 for protein to add! Chef salad fantastic as well !!! Update another chef salad -Salad was super fresh great flavors taste like REAL food ! Ice Tea is fresh as well they must clean their tea urns like Little Dutch does which has refreshingly delish iced tea as well! Italian Sub cold good as well!

The food was so good! I got a calzone and it was so packed with cheese and toppings I couldn't finish it. Huge good meal for what you paid for.
6/1/25 to go order . Lobster ravioli hardly any sauce and no mozzarella cheese. Manicotti also hardly any sauce . What a disappointment. They could take a lesson from the Rodgersville Tn Roma . You would never know they are the same franchise. Never again will we go there.

It was so sad! The waitress never offered refills on the drinks of a party of 7. It wasn’t like we weren’t spending money having ordered appetizers and full meals, of which I waited 30 minutes for my meal. While the rest of the family had completely finished theirs and was ready to go. She offered to make it to go and give me a discount 😡. I said NO Thank you! No apology just ok and left. Then tried to over charge my son for his meal .. I do not recommend It wasn’t even crazy busy
