Not the greatest Ruby Tuesday I’ve eaten at... outdated environment...cold food... untidy salad bar... dirty tables... wouldn’t recommend. Their bartender was not in - so, a waitress made the drink. It was not even the correct drink and wasn’t even a fourth of the way full. Shame...

We go there for the sald bar with the meal. Tonight the bar was a mess. Items had been out so long they had turned dark. Items were out. It did not look like anyone had touched the bar all day. I full salad plate was setting on the end of the bar that some one had left and we told the hostess when we went in about it and when we left it was still setting there. They were not busy maybe 5 tables in the place. It sure was not worth a $5.00 salad. And all the employees and manager were setting at the far end of the bar. So they could have been cleaning the bar up. Also all the empty tables in the place and they set us at the booth at the end of the bar. So we had to hear all the talking among the employees. Which some of it was not good.And the service was not good. If I am going to spent 50 bucks somewhere I would like to enjoy it.

I recently was at Ruby Tuesday’s and I had a phenomenal experience. The staff was great, but the main person that stood out to me was the GM. She made sure our experience was amazing and made me feel super happy with my experience. She made sure everything was in order and helped with anything I needed. I hope to see her there again:)

The GM Jennifer was very helpful, and just a joy to be around. definitely brightens up the entire restaurant, and you can tell she keeps all of her workers in line. hands down, an amazing experience!

My family showed up after my wedding and we actually got tables. The staff took care of us very well and the manager brought us a cake to celebrate. Made my evening special

Stop by on labor day after a date day with the hubby. I never write reviews but I feel like I need to on this one. With all the covid mess going on right now actually eating in a restaurant is a treat itself but the manager FRANK went completely out of his way to make sure our meal was perfect. He explained their safety measures as far as the virus is concerned then checked our order. He came by again to make sure everything was still ok. He made sure our drinks were what we ordered then he recommended another kind and we tried it and loved it. This is why I feel like I needed to brag on this restaurant. As a normal thing you never see the manager. He WAS there. He made sure EVERYTHING was right and had the best personality ever. The restaurant was spotless and food was amazing. We now have a new date night go to.. and EVERY manager should be like FRANK!!!!

I would not eat here! No wait times and still waited 15 minutes for someone to greet us. Server didn't know hardly anything about the menu. It took at least 10 minutes for him to get our drinks and then by that time we were very upset and left. The entire experience was very terrible and this is coming from someone that's worked in the service industry for multiple years!
