The Hispanic guy was very rude to the girls working with him making our food, the food is very good but I just didn’t like the way he was treating his female employees

Got 2 sit and wait while my online order was 10 mins late with employees behind counter talking, staring off into space, anything but finish the order and get it out.

The place was empty... No one. 5 employees standing around I got the nachos.... Asked what can I have on them? Whatever you want. Didn't say it was extra for everything. Figured at $10....I could have nachos that were nachos. Wrong!
Chipotle can open fast enough. Won't fallen the doors of this joint again.

The absolute worse food. Got it to go.. we live 5 minutes away from the restaurant and our food was ice cold and it looked like they opened a can of black beans and dumped it into my bowl. Over half of my bowl was filled with water/juice from the beans.

Food is normally good but when a crazy chick is rushing you through the line and then rips the burrito and expects you to double bread it or eat your food with it falling apart it makes for a bad experience. Literally no one in the line behind me either. No reason to rush so much that you ruin customers food. Nonexistent interpersonal skills.

Food was cold! We were in a hurry so we ate anyway. Big mistake! We have been sick since yesterday when we ate it. Staff was rude and didn’t listen to our requests. Portions were tiny typical Biden‘s America. $12 for 4 ounces of meat is a rip off go anywhere else.

It was clean and the staff was very helpful and ready to answer any questions. However,The queso was so thin and flavorless, the chips were very thin and very salty and the main entree was mediocre for what we paid. It was $50 for 3 of us. Skip this place and go to a real Mexican restaurant, you'll get more for the same price and it'll taste 10X better.

Where to start.. I think I will start from the first thing when you walk in. “Hello! Welcome to Salsarita’s! How can we give you less food then you give your pet hamster.” This is a joke. I used to come here weekly and has went down hill. Literally 11 beans and 6 pieces of chicken in my meal. Corporate greed or just plain selfish. I don’t care. But your portions are a joke. I literally feed my cat more than you give us. It’s sad, it’s unprofessional. And a straight on disgrace. Words cannot even describe. And on top of that wouldn’t even give me a receipt. Cause then you couldn’t get a call and complain or reach corporate. I’ll say it if you want better food and actually get servings and food half the price. Go to food city and get a deli meal. Or heck go to McDonald’s. They might get your order wrong but at least you get a portion more than rabbit food. Will not be going back and would not recommend anyone to go. You want food like this save yourself the trouble and drive to chipotle or drive to Knoxville to qudoba. Pathetic.

The food has always been delicious, the problem is with the portion sizes as of recently. When you’re paying these prices you expect more than 5 pieces of chicken in the bowl. Not to mention they skimped on the toppings. It’s a shame because they used to be worth it for the price, but the service, and portion sizes could be better. Chipotle and Qdoba for the win.

The food was blah nothing to write home about. I had to add salt. My husband and I discovered that they mixed up our orders so he went to the cash and told them. The guy said they'd take care of it but nothing was done. So my husband went to the other end and told them. Seems there was no communication. But finally we got our new bowls which were fresher and hotter. The taste didn't change, only warmer. My stomach started feeling bloated. I hope this Salsarita is not the last one we went to years ago in Knoxville.
The only thing that tastes good out of this was the chips and queso. I took a picture of my leftover uneaten bowl.
I AM NEVER GOING TO A SALSARITA EVER AGAIN!
