Sad to say. I absolutely love the food but will not be returning due to a worker who's named keyata. She is extremely disrespectful to both me and my husband and also her coworkers.

Very clean. Staff is pretty friendly. Only issue I have is the portion size. You get about half of what you get at Chipotle. When I asked for more than the 5 pieces of chicken I got, I was told it would be extra. This was not even a serving spoon size. This has happened three times. Chipotle can hardly wrap a burrito, here they can go around 1 1/2 times. Not thrilled with portion sizes on anything and likely will go to chipotle for a full serving size instead

This place is always so clean, and everyone is so nice! I love it here! The food is made right in front of you and omg its so delicious. I come here all the time!
Vegetarian options: Black beans, refried beans are the proteins and almost everything that goes into the food is, like lettuce, salsa, guacamole, etc.
Parking: It's a small parking lot, but there's usually plenty of spaces
Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs and booster seats available at the entrance
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors don't have any kind of automatic open so it could be difficult

Staff were very eager to prepare food. Crew worked well together and very efficient. Food was fresh and had great taste. More than enough options to choose from. Guacamole is great!
Kid-friendliness: Has kid menu and 1/2 booths to sit in.

Sadly portion sizes have decreased and price has gone up. We've gotten Half the amount of protein the last 2 times and half the chips today. Chicken was an odd color and not very pleasant, and all the veggies were soggy.

I stop at Salsarita’s in Morristown, TN almost every Sunday after church. I order the same dish every single time: a bowl with extra steak and extra chicken. Today I added guacamole with my usual toppings. I watched the young man place the chicken and steak in my bowl. Neither portion was “extra” and I actually reminded the young man that I requested extra. He rudely said, “That was extra.” I was puzzled but did not argue. When I got to the checkout, the young lady promptly reminded the cashier after I told him that I had “extra” chicken and steak. My total was shockingly $20.08 which is more than I paid for my dinner two days ago at Chili’s across the street. I expected to pay more for “extra” but I also expected to actually get extra. I’m a professional in the area and preach good customer service to my team. What I experienced today was quite disappointing and will make me rethink my lunch choice in the future. I don’t expect free food but I do expect fair portions of when I pay for it. Disappointed.

The employees are very rude, we walked in and the cashier with long brown hair huff and puffs and rolls her eyes. I’m sorry if you don’t like your job maybe go somewhere els.

I visit this location often. The staff is usually friendly and accommodating. This evening I ordered my usual, a small burrito. A worker put 3-4 tiny strips of pork in a small dipping cup before placing onto my shell. I was stunned because I had never seen them do this. She handed it off down the assembly line and I asked is that all the pork I’m getting? She said yes, 2 ounces for a small is all you get. I said wow, that’s hardly any meat. She never said anything more. I was still absorbing this along with realizing my burrito barely had one bite of meat. I felt like I was eating a vegetarian burrito. I couldn’t even taste the tiny bit of pork placed on there. I understand portion control, but this was absolutely a rip off as expensive as their food is. This is a terrible way to measure out meat, in a dipping cup meant to hold 2 full ounces. If you’re going to use this method, then pack it down so people at least get their 2 ounces worth!

Was told to come to an interview and when I got there the interviewer wasn’t even there. Should have been contacted about that. Poor service.

Horrible leadership at this location. A family member had a scheduled interview today with the manger and when he showed up (on time), he was told that the manger wasn’t there and needed to come back another day. What a shame from a chain that provides tasty food.

We really wanted to like the food here, because we love Chipotle, but it’s over an hour away. The atmosphere is nice and service is good, but the food is nothing compared to Chipotle flavor, quantity and quality. Plus we spent more money here for less than what we get at Chipotle. Really wish it would have been equal to or even better than Chipotle.
