Shoney's - Morristown

This place is absolutely horrible besides the very polite waitresses (ana, keke, brandy, maia, and karina. I was lucky enough to have an experience with all of them.) And the bar keepers (edith being one of them) who are very respectful and helpful. Shoney's has really went downhill from how I remember it being. I used to be able to go in with my family and have a good time, now this place just seems lazy and disgusting. The food on the bar was mediocre compared to other buffets, y'all don't even serve regular macaron anymore? And not to mention it was very hot inside the restaurant, you all really need to start fixing things. I hate to say it but I am very displeased and will not be coming back.

I got food poisoning twice at this Morristown TN location. I called the manager and left a message. The manager called back, I told him what happened. He said he'd call me back. I never heard from him again. The service is terrible except for maybe two of the waitresses. The food always seems old and judging by getting food poisoning twice from here, it is. The management need to fire themselves if this location desires to remain open.

The food was cold on buffet but service was good the lady did keeps drinks and everything we needed. Just don't order from buffet unless u see it fresh

Shoneys Morristown Tn. Breakfast bar food was great but the prices are absolutely too high. It's has a $6.99 breakfast for$13.99 plus tax and without coffee which is $2.99 cup . Two senior's is more than $30+. Not worth that much money.. We will not be going back to shoneys. !!!!

Shoney’s was one of my favorite places to eat. All of them in my home area have closed. Came in around end of breakfast beginning lunch. Breakfast looked good, however I was wanting lunch. Only reason for 3 star is the fish was still good. Overall disappointed with my visit.

Good food and great service

I can't recommend this restaurant because of a predator working there. Jacob Duncan. proceeds to stalk, harass, and threaten his customers when they refuse him for sex. stay away from this restaurant and even further from Jacob Duncan
