Snowbird is my favorite local coffee shop by a mile. The staff are friendly and hardworking, though you shouldn't expect to be in and out in five minutes and the drive through can take a while. But I truly don't mind the wait when the drinks and food are always top tier. I swear the vanilla chai is addictive and I could eat their breakfast sandwiches for every meal. They could improve on mixing the syrups into their drinks more thoroughly, but once it's all stirred together the flavor is great. Slightly more expensive than a chain, but supporting a small business is absolutely worth it and the experience is much better.

I usually go to the Newport locations, but since Newport Lowes is so awful, I have to come to Home Depot in Morristown. I always stop here at snowbird for my usual HOT cappuccino, but today I got the ice mocha. It's so delicious. The employees are very friendly at all locations. The owners have sure done so much for Newport too.

I stopped in for lunch today. My first visit here. I had the cranberry apple salad. It was fantastic! Both young ladies at the counter were super nice. I really like that the breakfast menu is available all day. I'll definitely will be back.

Found this cafe on google. Was surprised on how adorable it is inside. Super clean with a nice atmosphere. I got the iced mocha with coconut milk and a cheese danish that was warmed up. Both delish. ??

I recently visited snowbird downtown hoping to enjoy a pleasant coffee break, but my experience was far from satisfactory.**Service:**From the moment I walked in, the service was lackluster. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. I had to wait an inordinate amount of time just to place my order, despite there being few customers. The barista was unhelpful and borderline rude, making the interaction uncomfortable.**Coffee:**The coffee itself was a major letdown. I ordered a black coffee and what I received was far from what I expected. The coffee was lukewarm, bitter, and tasted stale. It was clear that no care was taken in its preparation, and it certainly didn’t justify the high price.**Ambiance:**While the café had potential with its cozy décor, the overall atmosphere was ruined by the poor service and subpar coffee. The tables were dirty, and the place had a generally unkempt feel.**Conclusion:**Overall, my experience at snowbird was highly disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good coffee or decent service. There are plenty of other cafés in the area that offer much better experiences.

Stumbled on this place and my only wish would be, that we had found it sooner. Really pleasant folks with great coffee! The couch was definitely much too comfortable and inviting. I could easily have dozed off and started right there.
