If you love INVISIBLE nerds then this is the sonic for you! Twice now I’ve ordered on the app and gotten a blue razz slush with nerds and twice now there have been no nerds to be found. Well today I decided to order at location and even asked for extra nerds and when I get home and give it a swirl I realize NO NERDS. I stopped going to this location a while ago cause I kept repeatedly getting the ocean water slush instead of the blue razz that I ordered (also without nerds a few of those times). I’d finally decided to come back instead of driving to the west end location but clearly they still have trouble making orders correctly. Extremely disappointed.

Just had my third Southwest Crunch Wrap. The first two times, I loved it. This time, it was the most disgusting thing ever. It was all in a ball. I opened it to arrange it properly. The chicken was dried out and tough, the chips were chewy, and the queso was no where to be found. It didn't taste anything like the other two times. Not good business at all .

Waited 25 minutes food. Had to go back for cause they left something out
So sick of placing and paying for an order, just to have them bring something completely different than what I ordered and letting me know then that they were out of what I ordered so here's what ever they threw together. That's literally theft and shady AF. This isn't a one off. This has happened almost every visit to three sonics in the area. Servers are always down and you can't place orders, if you can they ALWAYS mess it up. Three locations don't know the difference between a lime and a lemon! Even troglodytes know the difference between a lime and a lemon. Give me my money back since your business can't actually give me what I Pay for. I don't really care if it's 10$ or 1$ it's failure to produce goods that were paid for and it violated my protected rights as a consumer in Tennessee not to mention counts as misleading and deceptive practices of business!!! And yes I've been denied refunds at multiple locations multiple times. Workers never know what to do and are combative and rude. Always "slammed" with two cars in the place. Constant excuses for why it's my fault I'm not getting what I pay for.

Sonic offers great fast-food options with quick service. The burgers are tasty, and the shakes are delicious. The drive-in experience is fun and convenient. Highly recommend for a quick bite! Enjoy! I just wish they hadn’t forgot my nerds in my nerd slushy I ordered

Can't scroll down to leave feedback on site. Food was so greasy I couldn't finish it. My drink was wrong, sent us the wrong fries, no utensils. The fries are soaked in oil every time. Tots were undercooked and greasy. The drinks are sooo overly sweet, maybe I am just getting old but the slushes taste like I am drinking straight margarita mixer, if you have a flavor added it just makes it worse. Lemonade and limeade is so syrupy and artificial tasting. Have a stomachache writing this. Great waste of $30.
