Got an iced vanilla coffee, ocean drink, pretzel twist, and fries. Food was good, pretzel was hot and soft and fries were fresh and perfectly salted. My son loved his ocean drink, but my coffee was not good at all. It was very bitter, ended up having to throw it away. Service was fast as always.

I have come to this Sonic for almost a year and until tonight, I waited 30 minutes for my food and as I waited I watched other cars move from stall to stall because either the speakers were broken or they weren’t taking orders. Also while I waited, I checked the online reviews and one hour prior to be arriving, someone had posted there were roaches in their food. If I hadn’t done a mobile order and already paid, I would’ve left! Very slow service and the food was not great (thankfully no roaches). My drink was fine but the food was not like normal. My chicken tenders weren’t done and the service was just terrible tonight. Will not be back.

Ordered two burgers, only mayo, mustard and lettuce. Received the exact opposite, tomato, onions, and ketchup. Contacted customer service and after a 20 min wait time on the Website and through text support for a replacement with no response.
If you love INVISIBLE nerds then this is the sonic for you! Twice now I’ve ordered on the app and gotten a blue razz slush with nerds and twice now there have been no nerds to be found. Well today I decided to order at location and even asked for extra nerds and when I get home and give it a swirl I realize NO NERDS. I stopped going to this location a while ago cause I kept repeatedly getting the ocean water slush instead of the blue razz that I ordered (also without nerds a few of those times). I’d finally decided to come back instead of driving to the west end location but clearly they still have trouble making orders correctly. Extremely disappointed.

Just had my third Southwest Crunch Wrap. The first two times, I loved it. This time, it was the most disgusting thing ever. It was all in a ball. I opened it to arrange it properly. The chicken was dried out and tough, the chips were chewy, and the queso was no where to be found. It didn't taste anything like the other two times. Not good business at all .
