Forgot half the food the first time, chicken tenders were missing the a lot of breading, incredibly skinny like chicken fries (first time I've ever seen this at a sonic), tots were overcooked, half of our burrito contents were outside the burrito when we opened the wrapping, the entire order felt thrown together too quickly which makes little sense considering we sat for 20 mins waiting for our food. Their speakers need to be fixed cause it took 5 mins for the guy to understand the order (I don't think this is his fault if the equipment was failing). Consistently a poor experience at this sonic. Probably going to the other sonic in town from now on.

Sold us bad iced coffee. Then made us wait 10 minutes for manager to come and discuss the issue and then wanted to be rude about it. Horrible customer service. If everyone gets treated like this I'm not sure how they stay in business. Never even apologized. Just said they didn't have any more made.

Ordered lunch there I got a Cheeseburger that was delicious and onion rings, they give a lot of and a milkshake that was super delicious.Kid-friendliness: They have a great menu for children and they have little toys or coloring papers for them.
Haven't been in a long time. Went 2 different times and orders were not correct either time. Want be going back any time soon.

Employee couldn’t understand 2 Plain chicken sandwiches and 1 regular sandwich. Kept trying to give us tots instead of onion rings. Brought out pen and paper and still did not write anything down.

Order 2 blasts one had 2 different candies in it when I just ordered Reece Cups. Also ordered 2 Slushies and neither one was mixed up just ice syrup at the bottom. Employees were nice just drinks were not prepared properly.

If I could give it a zero I would. I asked for a Reese's sonic blast. Got snickers had them remake it and it's still Snickers. I don't know how hard it is to make a new one the right way and still get it wrong....
