I can always count on Starbucks for a filling breakfast and warm drink. Although I usually get the food delivered to me, it always comes warm and weak prepared. Thank you, everyone doing an amazing job at Starbucks

So when I go to the food City Starbucks I never have to ask them for a sleeve. I never have to ask them for a pup cup. I never have to ask them for one of the green stoppers first time coming in being a customer asking a pup cup a few times you don't have to ask. They remember me at the food City at the original Starbucks. You can't get remembered. They don't even remember how to put a green stopper in your hot coffee. You have to ask why is this? It's a lot more employees there at the bigger Starbucks the one that's by itself on the West end so I'm not understanding why that is. If you have more employees you should remember how to do things. Anybody that gets a hot coffee automatically should get a green stopper automatically and then if they ask for a pup cup you should automatically put a green stopper in it. That's just common sense

Usually a very pleasant experience every time, however I stopped in this morning and the lady working the drive thru was extremely rude. Slamming the drive thru window shut after being very smart and snippy with me. Bad customer service. Will not be back to this location

The bathroom was gross; There were no hand towels. The air dryer is weirdly mounted straight into the sink as part of the fixture, blowing someone else's dirty waste water all over your arms and clothes. If a public-serving business doesn't want to provide hand towels in the restroom, then the staff needs to frequently check the restroom for cleanliness.

It is my birthday and the lady at the counter (older blonde lady) was very rude. I wanted a refresher than no longer exists, however most Starbucks just replace the flavor to what they have in season. This lady was very snippy and really upset me with her attitude .

My home away from home. Great staff, great coffee, great environment. The store is always clean, everyone is really friendly, there is ample comfortable seating, and it's just an overall excellent neighborhood Starbucks. The manager there is very friendly and you can tell they run a great store.
