The food was wrong. Things we’re missing from order and the worker needs help she was so rude and yelling and cursing at me

It's better to just drive on past and go to the next one. Or stop at one of the many Mexican restaurants nearby. I usually stop at the Subway at Davy Crockett Walmart. Since it's a high-volume store, they're usually out of stuff when I go there, and they always tell me we get another truck on Thursday. This store didn't tell me anything about when the truck comes they were just basically out of everything, including the main ingredients to make most of their sandwiches. The cooler was empty, the fountain drinks were empty (I wound up just getting cold water but paying for a fountain drink) and they only had a few bags of chips and cookies left on the shelf. The poor kid working in there had to tell people that they were out of stuff before he even started making the sandwiches.

You can pick any sandwich or any type of sandwich with turkey and cucumbers and ham and red onions and and Spanish lettuce and tomatoes and all that stuff 😍

This Subway does not even deserve 1 star. DO NOT GO HERE! Staff was extremely rude to my family and I. They don’t care about doing their job or treating others with any respect. The older woman behind the counter who worked on 6/28/24 doing the evening shift needs to be fired.

There was a female worker who was super disrespectful! Staff is rude and cursed at me when asking about my order. Then claimed that there is new management and that’s why she couldn’t complete my order and I needed to get used to it. This Subway used to be where I’d go anytime I wanted a sandwich, never going back now. The worse part is that I was never rude or condescending. I worked fast food before and I would never treat a customer with such disrespect. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Food was messy, lady behind the counter at at 8:15pm on 6/24 is the rudest employee I have ever witnessed in my 34 years on earth. I put an order in online, sat in my car for 10 minutes, then went in. She had no one else there, and said, what do you want? I told her I put an order in online about 10 mins ago. Then she lost it and started yelling and cursing me. Said it takes 30 mins for her to do online orders. I told her sorry, I did not know things changed, as I have done this for many years since I have lived in Morristown. She then proceeds to tell me that they have new owners and that I need to get F'n use to it.
I really hope the new owners do something about this lady, I will never go back here and will tell all my friends and family to avoid as well.

This is my third time ordering from this subway. First time was ok but I ordered 3 cookies only got two. Second time about 30 minutes after placing order got text that ordering was being canceled because they didn't have ingredients to complete order. Third time was just wrong. Wrap bread and cookies were stale. Sent wrong chips I ordered 2 bags got one.I usually don't write reviewsBecause it doesn't change anything. We have several Subway restaurants near me I will just try another location.

The old lady behind the counter on Friday 4-12 was rude and called me names with words that would make a sailor blush. All because I ask why they did not have bread for any sandwiches. If possible I would give less than one ⭐

Don't go there. 2$ upcharge for mozarella cheese on sub. One piece of cheese on a footlong. Takes two slices for a footlong. Getting pretty cheap!!They also hide the meat. I want to see what goes on my sub. Hiding something?

came around 6:40pm and there was one worker and only one person in line in front of us, not a problem. the problem arises when the worker and one customer talked and talked. the worker wasn’t even making the food but was just casually having a conversation. we stood there for 10 minutes and they hadn’t even put the topping on the sandwich yet. we left and will never be returning.

This subway is amazing and they actually put a lot of meat on my sub i enjoy this place it was actually clean and quiet so i was worried but it honestly was nice.
