The old lady behind the counter on Friday 4-12 was rude and called me names with words that would make a sailor blush. All because I ask why they did not have bread for any sandwiches. If possible I would give less than one ⭐

Don't go there. 2$ upcharge for mozarella cheese on sub. One piece of cheese on a footlong. Takes two slices for a footlong. Getting pretty cheap!!They also hide the meat. I want to see what goes on my sub. Hiding something?

came around 6:40pm and there was one worker and only one person in line in front of us, not a problem. the problem arises when the worker and one customer talked and talked. the worker wasn’t even making the food but was just casually having a conversation. we stood there for 10 minutes and they hadn’t even put the topping on the sandwich yet. we left and will never be returning.

Subway is usually very consistent. I had arrived about an hour after one employee just walked off the job. I don't hold my poor rating against the guy who was trying to keep the sinking ship afloat. He was swamped with online orders. And there were several walk in orders that just made it impossible to restock and give good Subway service. They were out of a lot of things because he didn't have the opportunity to restock.

When I walked into this Subway, there was one person who walked in just before me.The employee took her order while another was trying to fill a call in order. The employee filling the call in order was in disarray. Trying to fill an order, he seemed he couldn't due to no chips. Even coming in the lobby since there was no stock in the back. The refrigerator where the drinks are kept was completely empty and the ice machine was broken. In the same period, the person that walked in before me was getting their sandwich made. I waited for 10 minutes waiting for the other employee to take my order. Finally, after over 15 minutes, I walked out with my food. Extremely bad service at this location.

This is the second time I've been to the location this is the first Subway restaurant that I've been to ever at the vegetables are ice cold when you get them in the sandwich and still cold by the time you get them home. The same with the meats and the cheese all coldProbably the only other cold submarine sandwich that I can compare this would be the ones you get at the deli at Publix using boar's Head.
I opened the door to go in and it chimed. I waited and waited and nobody came out. I rang the little bell and still nothing. I ended up leaving and going to McDonald's.

The employee admitted the reason they are always out of steak. They forgot to thaw it out. Once I can understand but multiple occasions I was told they were out.
