Service is great. The food is good . The place is clean. Music is way too loud and terrible speakers and acoustics using a bedside clock radio sitting in the cornet near the soda machine. Cannot hear what anyone is saying without talking loud above it. Needs to be turned way down or off. Employees stated they were not allowed to turn down or off.

Terrible customer service. I won’t be back. Not a soul in the building upon entry. I waited 5 minutes and could hear the employees in the back of house talking. Finally they came out carrying on with their conversation. The guy taking my order didn’t even say hello or apologize he just continued talking to the other employee. When I started to place my order he made it seem like an inconvenience. The food was fine.. vegetables didn’t seem that fresh. The service was just awful.

The food is always great and the service is always Exceptional. I have one bad thing to say and that's that those poor guys working in there were pouring sweat because the AC unit is torn up and they're Having to work in 90 degree temperatures. At least get them a fan or something until you can get it fixed...

We drove farther to visit this Subway, as we've always had excellent service. Again today, they did not disappoint! They are so friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is great to be in. The staff exceeded expectations. And the food was tasty!

Mold in the ice machine, no surprise really they are constantly understaffed.
I usually stop on my way home from work between 5 and 7 pm. Most times the staff will not even acknowledge your presence and leave you standing at the counter until they are finished with app orders and trying to look busy...which is very rude. When they finally decide to ask you what you want, it is usually done in a way that makes you feel as if you are disrupting or intruding...again, very rude. More times than not, I am told that there is something I can't have because they are out of it: at 5:20 PM tonight, they were out of BOTH Steak and herbs/cheese bread.In a time of coupons circulating, and peak dinner hours,wouldn't it be prudent to boost supply ordering and food prep? Y'all got some nice new slicers in your store-have you not shown the staff how to use them?Last tidbit...I am tired of not being able to get what I want. I ate my dinner elsewhere.

Lettuce wilted and not green, out of mozzarella cheese, out of meatballs and the list goes on and on and on! Subway has this new push for their sidekicks but they don’t even have them at the location!!!! It was 5pm and they are open til 10pm how can you be out of everything with 5 hours remaining open! The service was terrible! The attitude was ridiculous!!! I’d avoid this subway location in Morristown! Chose any other location but this one!!!
