Arrived at 7pm at the same time as another customer. Stood there almost 10 minutes with no employee present. Sounded like they were doing dishes in the back. The other customer called out for someone, and one employee appeared for a moment, looked at us, then turned and went back to what they were doing in the back. Wound up leaving without being helped. No idea if the other customer ever got helped or not.

Only two guys working there one of the guy was not happy about me ordering five footlongs for my sisters and grandparents had to ask my younger sister who orders there all the time to finish the orders while i went outside and had a breakdown the guy doing the toppings stayed professional the entire time

If I could rate it 0 I would ordered a protein bowl for delivery and nothing i ordered was inside the bowl. The presentation of the bowl itself was just awful didnt look appetizing at all. cucumbers was soggy and tasted like they has been sitting out for days. Literally the worst subway! All the subways could use some work in my opinion with workers,food,etc!

extremely unprofessional. i have called 5 times after placing a DoorDash so i can confirm my order because i wanted it heated which is not an option on the app for some reason. they don’t close for another 50 minutes.

Placed a mobile order. Came in and didn’t have the steak. The lady to the side was rude as could be demanding me to take a seat. First off I’m a human not a dog. Definitely will not be talked to like an animal. Coming here is hit and miss. If you hate your job so much quit. Don’t take it out on paying customers.

Service is great. The food is good . The place is clean. Music is way too loud and terrible speakers and acoustics using a bedside clock radio sitting in the cornet near the soda machine. Cannot hear what anyone is saying without talking loud above it. Needs to be turned way down or off. Employees stated they were not allowed to turn down or off.
Terrible customer service. I won’t be back. Not a soul in the building upon entry. I waited 5 minutes and could hear the employees in the back of house talking. Finally they came out carrying on with their conversation. The guy taking my order didn’t even say hello or apologize he just continued talking to the other employee. When I started to place my order he made it seem like an inconvenience. The food was fine.. vegetables didn’t seem that fresh. The service was just awful.

I have one bad thing to say and that's that those poor guys working in there were pouring sweat because the AC unit is torn up and they're Having to work in 90 degree temperatures. At least get them a fan or something until you can get it fixed...
