I usually stop on my way home from work between 5 and 7 pm. Most times the staff will not even acknowledge your presence and leave you standing at the counter until they are finished with app orders and trying to look busy...which is very rude. When they finally decide to ask you what you want, it is usually done in a way that makes you feel as if you are disrupting or intruding...again, very rude. More times than not, I am told that there is something I can't have because they are out of it: at 5:20 PM tonight, they were out of BOTH Steak and herbs/cheese bread.In a time of coupons circulating, and peak dinner hours,wouldn't it be prudent to boost supply ordering and food prep? Y'all got some nice new slicers in your store-have you not shown the staff how to use them?Last tidbit...I am tired of not being able to get what I want. I ate my dinner elsewhere.

Lettuce wilted and not green, out of mozzarella cheese, out of meatballs and the list goes on and on and on! Subway has this new push for their sidekicks but they don’t even have them at the location!!!! It was 5pm and they are open til 10pm how can you be out of everything with 5 hours remaining open! The service was terrible! The attitude was ridiculous!!! I’d avoid this subway location in Morristown! Chose any other location but this one!!!

Tried to go to this store a few times for breakfast around 9:30am, says on the door that they open at 9am, but they're always closed.

I went in to order the same thing I do every week at subway. 5 things. 4 sandwiches and a bowl. They asked how many things I need. I said 5. I was told "I will do it this time, but from now on you have to give us 24 hours notice for any orders larger than 4." Unacceptable. I have a family of 5. Someone needs to be held accountable and if this is company policy, this needs to change.

The young man working was by himself at the time and bread was coming out of the oven plus he had online orders a d folks in front of us. He handled it all beautifully and is going to the military this fall. Really enjoyed our experience because of him. The food was good and we are grateful

The bread was burnt I still Darren watch them fix it it was a kaliyen I'd paid for it online so he told me he wasn't going to remake it because I had already paid for it and can't get my money back they just lost my business and she was fixing someone else's order with burnt bread and told me it was not my order my food was also a ice cold he didn't even heat it I wish I would have looked at the reviews first I just noticed that they haven't had any good reviews in the last year

I got a Grubhub order from here. Both sandwiches were supposed to be 12". One is completely ice cold, and the other is a 6 inch. I called the store and she said it was supposed to be a 6 inch. I know that's incorrect because I have a copy of the receipt IN HAND as well as my Grubhub order, both reading its supposed to be a 12 inch. She also said she toasted it, but the wrong cheese is on here, the bread is soft, and the cheese isn't melted. She immediately backtracked then said she misread it. The call escalated to her yelling at me and me yelling back at her in defense. This is the SORRIEST customer service I have EVER had. I was interrupted multiple times by her in the call as well. Disgusting. These prices are too high for orders to be wrong and for the store staff to be completely untrained in appropriate customer care. I was a Subway SM for awhile and I can tell you now, the way she behaved would NOT have been tolerated at my store.
