We started ordering our sandwiches. Got down to the end. They had no lettuce, no olives, half of the things you put on your sandwich. They did not have. They said they were out of these items do to ordering error, and it's kinda too late at that point. So we just had a plain bread and meat sandwich very disappointed. And then both bathrooms, the toilets were backed up and out of service.

We got a full size American club to go. When we got home to have our sub, we were extremely disappointed!!!! There was literally 1 slice of roast beef and 1 slice of ham and a little bit of bacon, tomato, Mayonnaise and the role. We have been to other subways and never had such a disappointing Sandwich. Subway in Morristown in front of the Lowe's. This one should be avoided at all costs.

Called to make a complaint and talk to the manager and got hung up on! Told me i was not a loud to know his name over the phone and that if i wanted to know his name i had to come back into the store to talk to him and then he hung up on me! Called back asked for a number to file a complaint and spoke to some female who refused to get me a number to contact corporate or the male manager name and she hung up on me as well. Went into the location, to speak to the manager like he requested and manager refused and told me to leave and still did not give name or corporate number .which is all recorded

Appalling customer service, and clearly no training on what "cross contamination" means when you mention you've got a severe allergy. Using the same marinara and parm sauce covered gloves on all three subs despite our stated allergy issues with said sauce.
Also verified a coupon before we finished our orders and were told it's fine. Only after, during paying, we we suddenly told a sandwich they made wasn't valid for it. Paying almost $20 more than we were supposed to.
Absolutely abysmal. Was also told directly I couldn't be provided the basic allergen information for their base products.
My husband and I came here today to get us an early dinner. There was an employee sitting right outside the doors smoking a cigarette which I don’t care if you smoke or not, but it was very unpleasant to do it right where we walk in and have to smell that. Inside was pretty dirty with food and other stuff in the floor and the tables were all dirty. Mind you, it was dead in there so there’s no reason why the place should be that dirty. When we came inside, my husband asked what was in the new roll ups they had and the other employee rudely and very condescending said “it says it right on it”. Which there wasn’t a description on the actual poster so that’s why we asked. It just had a picture. My husband said “no it doesn’t. It’s just the picture” and the employee again very rudely said “well obviously you can tell what’s in it”. At that point, we just turned around and left because the whole encounter was very unprofessional.

Food preparation station is full of nasty food in between the railings the glass has smudge and smear marks on it the front door glass has smudge where they don't wash their windows bathrooms are nasty not going to describe what was all over use your imagination I would have taken pictures but I was not allowed to take pictures inside the store the cashier gave me a dirty look, the table that I was sitting at there was coke splattered all over the wall
