Appalling customer service, and clearly no training on what "cross contamination" means when you mention you've got a severe allergy. Using the same marinara and parm sauce covered gloves on all three subs despite our stated allergy issues with said sauce.
Also verified a coupon before we finished our orders and were told it's fine. Only after, during paying, we we suddenly told a sandwich they made wasn't valid for it. Paying almost $20 more than we were supposed to.
Absolutely abysmal. Was also told directly I couldn't be provided the basic allergen information for their base products.

My husband and I came here today to get us an early dinner. There was an employee sitting right outside the doors smoking a cigarette which I don’t care if you smoke or not, but it was very unpleasant to do it right where we walk in and have to smell that. Inside was pretty dirty with food and other stuff in the floor and the tables were all dirty. Mind you, it was dead in there so there’s no reason why the place should be that dirty. When we came inside, my husband asked what was in the new roll ups they had and the other employee rudely and very condescending said “it says it right on it”. Which there wasn’t a description on the actual poster so that’s why we asked. It just had a picture. My husband said “no it doesn’t. It’s just the picture” and the employee again very rudely said “well obviously you can tell what’s in it”. At that point, we just turned around and left because the whole encounter was very unprofessional.

Food preparation station is full of nasty food in between the railings the glass has smudge and smear marks on it the front door glass has smudge where they don't wash their windows bathrooms are nasty not going to describe what was all over use your imagination I would have taken pictures but I was not allowed to take pictures inside the store the cashier gave me a dirty look, the table that I was sitting at there was coke splattered all over the wall

This is the "out-of-it" store apparently. I've been here a few times and I have not been impressed, but today struck a nerve.I wanted to try the new sidekicks but they were completely out because they are so popular they ran out on a Tuesday afternoon. They were also out of cookies as I was checking out. I asked why it was so hot when I walked into the store. It was noticeably at least 10° hotter in the store than it was outside the store. Apparently the air conditioner is out and has been out for a few weeks and will continue to be out because the employee I spoke to didn't know when it would be fixed. As I was leaving and filling up my drink, I noticed they were out of extra large lids. I asked them if they had any more lids in the back and the employee said they were out of them. So I have to drive home with an open container with no lid because nobody informed me they were out of extra large lids when I bought the drink. Not sure if I want to come back.

The bread was stale (see picture, not toasted), the tuna had dark brown areas, there were 4 small pieces of tomato and that is what I got. The guy making the sandwich asked if I needed a receipt and then walked in the back before my card even cleared.It is inedible. I won’t ever go back to this location again. Maybe they should have more than one person working at a time. You don’t save money, you just can’t calculate the amount of money you lose in the long run because of poor service and poor quality food.

I like subway but when you walk in and the server acts like its an inconvenience to serve you, it tells me you do not want my business. This isn't the first or second time this has happen. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

I wish I could give it a 2.5 but I can’t. I love me a good subway. My usual, the cookies. Yum! But they left off my guacamole I paid extra for so I had to go back for it for my refund and they just slapped the tomatos and banana peppers onto the side, like they weren’t even in the sandwich. Great food, bad workers. They don’t care how your order is put out really as long as they get their money, (unless you intimidate them lol). Honestly love u subway just hire workers who can do their job!
