This Subway is a really nice subway and that Jon guy makes the best subs I've ever had, I can taste some of everything in every bite.

We didn't stay or eat here. We stopped to get a sandwich, but the Subway is behind the same counter as the gas stations. So the same clerk that handles gas station cash transactions, also makes the sandwiches. He looked like his hair hadn't been washed in a couple of weeks. No way would I eat there.

Would be nice if they were open at 445pm on a Tuesday. But no they’ve got the doors locked and not a soul in sight! No signs posted or anything.

The drive thru wasn’t working. Nobody bothered to post a sign or come around to let us know that it wasn’t operational. When we pulled up to the window there was no one there. Two women were ‘waiting’ on customers inside. Both females approached the window one was wearing gloves and the other person was not. They had poor communication skills, lack the ability to repeat the order correctly, still learning the menu (I guess) as they didn’t know about the posted promotions.the girl with the gloves didn’t change them when making the drinks or getting the cookies which I found had hair in it (so nasty) and the other woman fixed the sub wrong, it was soggy, used the wrong bread, and nasty. I was passing thru and couldn’t turn back around so I had to throw away my meal when I noticed the nasty display. In my personal opinion it should be required that employees wear hat nets and wash their hands and change gloves when faced with new task. That’s the very least they could do.

The food was great, despite the fact that only one person is on shift at a time. I waited at least 20 minutes before I placed my order. The guy behind the counter was doing the best he could, between the drive-thru, online orders and walk-ins. But considering you're close to quite a few industries, I'm pretty sure nobody on a clock can wait a half-hour for a meal.

I was calling places for some vegan ice and everyone hung up on me zi was the first person to confirm for me they had vegan ice he delivered friendly service and love it was a 20 minute drive for me but best 20 minute drive I ever took well worth it if you want great service come here and ask for zi he is a real one… ps. He even offered vegan cups what a g
amazing service got to us in less than 10 minutes even though there was a large line. positioned right near the highway so you can get a sub on the go on a trip. there is a gas station attached to it so if they dont have the chips you want or if you want a candy bar or something it is a one-stop-shop for all of that. indoor seating is nice and clean and so are the bathrooms.

First off if I could rate this location negative I would. I ordered on the app around 7pm October 15 2024 for this location. As I was on my way to pick it up I received a call saying they didn't have anything I ordered / I'm sure they was just being lazy and didn't wanna make more meatballs. Didn't offer to make other items to fulfill my order so I asked if they was canceling the order or what. The girl I'm assuming was new cause she said let me ask the lady she asked got hateful like I was annoying her and said " there isn't anything for us to do you will have to go on the app and cancel the order. So I tried to do that but there was no way to cancel the order, so I called back and again was treated as if I was an inconvenience and the lady was once again hateful saying " well I told you there isn't anything we can do for you, so you will have to call back when a manager is here in the mornings. So I did that the lady said she would have to contact her DM to see what they could do but her DM was in Florida opening another location that she would get back to me in a day or so. So after not hearing back after 2 weeks I tried again spoke to same manager she said she was in the middle of a rush took my info down again and said I would hear back within a couple hours that she forgot to talk to her DM. So after a few weeks of not hearing back I reached out to corporate to inform them of the situation and here it is going 3.5 months and still have heard nothing back. So they took my money from my account and have not offered me anything at all and it really makes me mad that that hateful worker got a tip for nothing and she was rude af.

I was in town visiting and saw this location was open until 2:30am. I placed an order and went to pick it up and no one was in the store. The website gives no clear direction for a refund and no one answers the phone when you call
I always go to this Subway. The speaker was broke. So they say come to window. This time went to window bc sign on speaker said it was broke. I sat and they looked at me for 30 mins. I parked and went in. I asked to order and the lady Danielle came up from the back yelling. Told me off and when i said something back i was told to go to exit 4 subway. Danielle refused to serve me. Customers inside the store agreed i didnt have an attitude. But i did after being refused food for my daughter. Not cool being kicked out. She told me to tell the managers all i want they are not going to do anything. I called the number on the door. No one answered.
Sandwiches were made to our specifications. Place was very Clean, the ladies making the Sandwiches were very polite and very well trained.
