Very rude employee that I have never seen at this location before and I dine here at least 4 days a week up until today the young lady that is normally there is great (redish with blonde hair) I think her name is Jennifer she is always working and trying to make sure every customer is treated the very best the one's there in the last two weeks are a joke no other way to put it and I will not return as long as they are there!

the three young kids working tonight were horrible! no one in the store and my food wasnt ready, after i ordered it 30mins prior to picking it up, and forgot half my order. Sandwiches were a mess had to come home and reassemble just to attempt eating them.

I’m giving this place a 1 star only because the service, I accidentally called the number wondering what the number is and a very rude lady who refused to give me her name at all answered. And after I accidentally called, called me back twice, to be rude. And on the website, it said they were an hour and half closed and she took the time to call me just to say to you never called again on accident very rudely. So I do not recommend having accidents with this “business” or you are potentially going to get harassed.

I have been going to the Talbott, TN Subway for years and never had any problems until lately. Everytime I go in, there are new employees and some appear to be new and they are slow. I go on my lunch break which I have limited time. I went today and the coke/soda machines were not working and one of the employees commented it probably needs cleaning. Very disappointed in their service. The store used to be so busy it was hard to find a seat and now when you go in all of the tables are empty.

I ordered online and went to get my sandwich 20 minutes later. My sandwich was not ready and I proceeded to wait another 40 minutes at which time my sandwich still had not been started so I told the lady at the register to cancel it and refund my payment since my lunch period was over and I could wait no more. They did not return my money and I did not get a sandwich. I filled out a form to complain to the owner and never heard a word from them. Not a good place to do business. Stay away! Would give 0 stars if I could

I made an order with a person on their phone and they had to hand off their phone to another emp. When they started to make my food it was totally wrong and when I complained I was asked to leave. I asked for a number to call and the team leads name and was told that neither were available. I asked about how to contact the manager or owner... was told to leave.
