Get more employees! One guy doing his best to get a dozen orders done. People walking out because the line is too long. I don’t know if the owner is a penny pinching Scrooge or they just can’t keep good help but there is some sort of management problem. This subway is in the middle of town and most slower subways I’ve seen have at least two employees. Otherwise the place is clean and the one employee was nice and doing his best under the circumstances.
One person working a busy store going as slow as she can. No greeting and woman rolled her eyes at me in line so i left. Cust service sucks here!

Ordered on app, delivery never came, tried to contact subway store for a refund but nobody answered, doordash was more helpful but couldn't refund because I placed order on the app.

If I could rate no star I would terrible service couldn’t even ring the pizza up correct Mean as hell because she’s never made a subway pizza before and put our food in the oven without toppings and got an attitude made us pay for food before it was made. Girl making the sandwich’s was extremely slow. Took her 15min to take our order and like 40 minutes to make our sandwiches (there was only TWO !) she gave us the wrong bread, did footlongs instead of 6inches (we asked for 6 inches), and added chicken to my sandwich (something I didn’t ask for), then while we was paying, some Mexican man came in high as hell asking if we were Mexican, where the nearest Walmart, and told my man to stand up out of his seat like he was gonna fight him or something. Made us both very uncomfortable to the point I just turned and asked my man if he wanted to just leave, he insisted that we just stay. Then, while we was eating, the two employees started arguing in the back and the girl just walked out.

I will never waste money here again. I was the only person in restaurant when I arrived but it took a a long time. Our food was heated then left on counter in front of me for several minutes to get cold while ( Nicole) at least she said that was her name her tag was blank) went and made food for door dash orders. When I ask her to please finish my order she called me sweetheart and said it hadn’t gotten cold not to worry about it when I said please finish it now let me pay an go she told me not to come back to her store. The food was disgusting chicken was cold and upset my husband’s stomach this location should close down, it’s the worst in the area they wont hire enough staff. They don’t have to worry about seeing my face or money again and I’ll tell everyone I know how awful it is!

Went into the establishment, the store was clean. Had to wait several minutes for someone to come out of the restroom, which is fine. However, when I went to place my order, they offered me a sandwich that was made and "sent to the wrong store." I declined the sandwich and proceeded to tell them my order. Another patron enters the establishment and instead of finishing my order, she assumed that it was alright for her to ask the second patron what their order would be. I still hadn't finished telling her my order. Though, she was friendly, I found this to be very rude on her part. I didn't even finish, I just left and went somewhere else.

This store should literally be ashamed of how bad it treats its employees. Only having one employee on staff ever should be considered abuse of power and slave labor. Customers were mostly rude towards Michelle, over the companies lack of proper staffing. She had no one to help her, and if there was a manager on site, they should be fired immediately for letting customers not only treat her that way, but not helping her WHATSOEVER. I only met michelle tonight, but after watching her handle all that stress i can tell she's a nothing less than a literal angel, and your company does not deserve her !!!!!! Again shame on subway in morristown tennessee for abusing staff !

They only have one person working the counter. She can’t hear or understand the orders. She is very very slow. Stand in line for an hour. Two people got same exact orders but was charged two different prices. This place heeds major help.
