I placed my order on the app 15 mins before I came in. There is one person working not their fault. But a line out the door almost and two pre orders sitting in the lobby. People just turning around and walking out. Poorly managed . Not happy because I already paid for my order and only get so long for lunch. This store needs attention.

Picked up and brought home. The sandwiches were half filled with no sauce added that was requested. The sandwiches were lacking and dry. This location disappointed me. Best locations I’ve experienced is on I-25 and in Newport.

Love the manager here. My mom enjoy coming to have lunch here. She is excellent in her service and with her customers and employees. I have seen her here with no help and she slays it. She is just an awesome person to be around and it makes us love coming back. She’s very helpful and efficient in all areas. Keep up the great work love bug!

I cant say enough amazing things about this location. Corey was absolutely amazing with his customer service and was very efficient with what he does. You don't see that kind of passion for taking care of customers in alot of places. I will forever come here as long as he is there! Top quality person there!!!! Thanks for the soup!

There's nothing fresh about the veggies at all! They have 2 tubs of lettuce and they were both brown and disgusting looking. I told the employee making our sandwiches that it looked gross but she didn't offer to get fresh lettuce or anything. The rotisserie chicken they put on the sandwiches looks like it's been sitting there for a week at best ?Do yourself a favor and go to a different location

I purchased a sub and when I got home to eat the spinach onions green peppers black olives were not fresh has a slimy like film they were going bad!!! well evidentally their employees need to do their job keeping fresh ingredients will not eat at that subway ever again waist of money dont eat

Refused service to an EMS crew on Dec. 8, 2022. Employee stated their parking in front of the store (in the midst of a downpour) was a "fire hazard" which is absurd. Never giving this location my business. Hope manager(s) and corporate do the right thing and step in regarding the bone-head employee.

The fact that an employee decided to refuse service to an emt makes me never want to eat there. He did this because he saw the ambulance was parked in front, when the driver was about to move it.. He still refused service and said it was a fire hazard. This shows horrible professional character in this employee. If the employee started having heart attack symptoms or needed to call 911, those emt’s would take care of him regardless of anything he did.
