Horrible customer service, night shift needs to be fired. They hardly work at night and leave everyone sitting in the drive through for 5 to 30 minutes every night. Once they get you to the window they pull you up to keep there drive through time down so they look good but in reality everyonewaits a very unreasonable amount of time..They mess your food up on purpose if somethingis wrong the first time. Everyone there is a drug addicted thug or felon. Don't go to this taco bell it's nasty and the workers are nasty. Pathetic

Everytime you go through drive thru they tell you to pull up and wait for order no matter if there is 0 or 5 people waiting. Only reason for is so they can try to make their times look better on getting food out when in reality it's not. Ordered the new cantina burrito they had me pull up then they come out to ask what I had. Told the woman then she proceeded to say they gave the wrong bag out and asked me to pull to the other parking lot "this happens when you have 3 cars pulled forward waiting on orders for no reason". Finally came out with my order then got home to find out they gave me a quesadila instead of what I ordered. Get your act together your job isn't incredibly hard. If you need to get food later in the evening I highly recommend you go somewhere else that shift is a joke. Update gave them another chance tonight and nothing changed run I would avoid this store at all cost

Employees would not take my order at counter - forced to use kiosk. Considering that, one would think the store would be clean. But it was nasty. Very rude staff. I watch at least 2 walk out of store without ordering due to staff not wanting to take orders at counter.

The wait was ridiculous. The line was back out to the road. No one took the ladies order for 7 minutes. Just all around awful. Now, on the brighter side the food was decent.

Don't like the kios, you had to order from now. Next time I'll just go through the drive through. Go park and take my food inside and eat.
