Saturday 8/9/25 Morristown TN location, They made us wait outside in 90 degree heat for more than 40 minutes no shade , no fans and no water. At this location the seating area faces the west and the sun just beat you to death out there in the afternoon the hottest part of the day. I will not return until something is done about this. I am also going to post on Facebook about how bad you treat your Customers

I would come to Texas Roadhouse just for the rolls, however the only other menu item I came for and loved has been taken off the menu! Please bring back the Tuscan Chicken Pasta! I have no reason to come eat there now other than the rolls 😥

Food that literally looked thrown at the plate.
Trails of BBQ sauce from the chicken to the edge of the plate and over the edge along with the 1/2 cup pool of BBQ under the chicken and steak.
Enough salt on the chicken to melt the polar ice caps.
More liquid in the bowl of green beans then actual green beans.
Gawd awful food and service.
The best part of this meal? Leaving.

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad to go. The girl repeated the order back and just said grilled chicken salad. I said no that was supposed to be a chicken Caesar salad she said it was. I get home with the order and it wasn’t a chicken Caesar salad. It was just a grilled chicken salad covered in egg. She didn’t listen. Don’t correct the order. I’m over mediocre service from to go servers. Get the order right. Especially when you’re asked about it and say you corrected it. On top of that she had an attitude when she brought out the food.

Me and my husband dont eat out much because we can't afford it; but when income taxes come around we decided to treat ourselves and I been disappointed both times .. FIRST TIME ORDERED EXTRA DRESSING AND PAID FOR IT, DIDN'T GET IT!!! SECOND TIME DIDNT GET DRESSINGS FOR OUR SALADS... NOW WE ORDERED ONLINE AND DID TAKE OUT SO MAKE SURE IF YOU DO TAKE OUT YOU GOT YOUR EXTRAS YOU PAID FOR AND DRESSINGS OR OTHER SMALL THINGS THAT YOU ORDERED.... DONT GET ME WRONG THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT GOTTA MAKE SURE ALL YOUR ORDER IS THERE ESPECIALLY PAYING FOR EXTRAS WHEN YOU DO A TAKE OUT ORDER!!!! I CAN SAY TEXAS ROADHOUSE HAS BETTER FOOD AND PRICES THAN CHILI'S....

Food and service were great. Bathrooms were disgusting and stinks. Someone had smeared feces on the wall in the stall. Looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a while.

Tried to have lunch there today, Saturday. Got there 11:45am with 15 minutes wait to be seated. Our party of 3 Got seated at noon and a waiter/waitress never came. At 12:15 a table of 2 was seated right next to us so I asked the seater to please send someone as we've been here over 15 minutes already. 10 more minutes goes by and the table next to ours got their drinks delivered and still no waitress/waiter. So we got up and left at 12:30pm and went across the street and had lunch at Freddie's.
I ordered a simple bacon cheese burger to go...I literally got 10 steak fries!! That were dry! And not to mention my burger was dry asf, but that's just my opinion I guess... I will never be back again...

Ordered two kids meals to go. This is what I got. Called and asked about the size of their jr chicken tenders and was told they are normal chicken tender sizes. Asked for a manager and explained I’d like a refund because of the portion and size of the chicken served. The manager said she would not refund my order and that this is the normal portion for this kids meal. So unless you are feeding a one year old, I don’t recommend it.

I’ve always gotten great service and food when I have went inside and sat down to eat. With that said, almost every time I’ve gotten food to go here I’ve had a problem. This time my entire order was Luke warm to cold. I’m only a short drive home also. I’ve also noticed sides like my FF orders have been smaller when i get it to go.
