I was suggested an upgrade for the tea so I did it and it turns out it is absolutely abhorrent. Disgusting, old tea that tastes like it it was made in a shoe!!!!

I asked for their ghost pepper ranch three different times and didn’t get any. also asked for all the toppings for my chili and got no sour cream. they didn’t give us any napkins and i didn’t even get a spoon for my chili. i’m pregnant and wanted the ranch and sour cream so bad lmao but oh well, had to have my friend i was meeting drive by wendy’s and pick it up for me since she lives close.

This is the worst Wendy's Ive ever been to. I have went numerous times recently because I love the new frostys and I like Wendy's food BUT Im done going to this location. The last 9 TIMES Ive went here they've gotten my order wrong. Their staff is rude, unapologetic, gets mad when you tell them they made a mistake. I'll be going literally anywhere else from now on. Get better employees that aren't RUDE and learn how to make an order correctly! 9 TIMES WRONG IN A ROW IS CRAZY.
