As a fast food worker your employees should be kind and respectful regardless of the current circumstances I understand being frustrated about the current situation however that doesn’t excuse the pure rudeness and stupidity of the people in the front of this place I absolutely despise these rude people and the food sucked

So when going thru the drive thru they like to make you pull forward to wait for your food then it takes a long time or they forget about you. Then when you do get you your food the order is wrong or messed up. I do not recommend the drive thru. If I could give a no star rating on the service I would.

They need to work better on their service and very time I go they forget to add sour cream for my baked potato. Don’t put me napkins or forget the ketchup I’ll pay an extra if that’s what they want…

We haven't been to Wendy's in a while because of bad experiences, so we decided to give it another chance. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The manager, Brian Macbee, was of absolutely no assistance and frankly acted like he didn't care and pretty much could have said, get used to it. I ordered the Baconater at $8.99, and a Son of a Baconater at $5.99, both sandwiches were far from looking, appetizing my question: How many pieces of bacon goes on a Baconater Managers' response: two. I ask, how many in a Son of a Baconater ? Managers response two Okay, I'm asking public opinion on this one . Why is Wendy's charging me or rather us $3.00 more for the exact same sandwiches? I mean, I thought it was in the name Baconater! Needless to say, Wendy's loss this customer for life. Third strike, you're out!!

Went through the drive-thru to get nuggets for our dogs for their weekly treat. When the person serving us found out it was for our dog she gave us a 10% discount

This Wendy's has programmed their register to charge more than the online prices, even beyond the app, and more than other Wendy's locations. The Sr. coffee isn't free, and wasn't brewed/ready to pour at 8:30 AM. The manager was eating while building a biscuit for someone. We canceled our order. Does Morristown inflate/surcharge for some reason? If you can, you may may want to plan to visit a different Wendy's in another location along your journey,
