Every time I've been here, the staff have been very courteous and the food was fresh and delicious. I especially like how neat they prepare the burgers. A lot of places just slap something together because they're in a hurry but here it seems they can work quickly AND prepare your food in a presentable way.

The lettuce I got on my sandwich is nasty. It's gone beyond just getting that orangy rusty stage it's wilted, brown grey, and falls apart in my fingers.
Edit : Added a photo for comparison. Bagged shredded lettuce that has been in my fridge for a week from taco night (top pile), the lettuce I got on my sandwich (bottom pile).

Well there was homeless people outside wendys and management and cops said they couldnt do anything but they can. I guess if u go to wendys be careful. The cop I called had that police attitude I dont like. Forgive me for being a concerned citizen i guess. I will not go back here bc they do not listen to customers!

Best newest and cleanest Wendy’s in Morristown. I like to get the Jr. Cheeseburger nuggets, fries and brownie batter frosty for 5.70 which comes out to a little over $6. Great deal!

No W! This is Endies. No win here. We were really hungry or would not have ate as much as we did. The wife's chicken asiago sandwich was like eating a sun dried chicken on a bed of lettuce. I did the JBC meal and the burgers were completely lacking . half fhe fries were limp and tasteless the others were okay. The shining stars of the trip were the counter staff and the flavored coke machine. Used to love Wendy's but unfortunately this has become too common of an experience and without the W, I have to endy my relationship with this chain here
Was visiting East Liverpool. Went there for frostys. The young lady on the speaker sneezed. GOD BLESS YOU!!! Was funny. Nice lady

Stopped here to get lunch on 8/8/25, my junior bacon cheeseburger was ice cold, cheese wasn't even melted. It also had cheap prepackaged shredded lettuce on it instead of the leaf lettuce that always comes on it. I know that they have always cut the lettuce for sandwiches fresh every day but I guess not anymore. I asked to try the new mystery sauce with my nuggets (which was gross, by the way. It’s just sugar and purple dye) and they proceeded to charge me fifty cents per pack just because of the flavor it is?? I have never heard of this before. Why advertise a new sauce flavor if no one is allowed to try it unless they pay extra?? I think the founder of Wendy’s would be disappointed in the direction they’ve gone.

Stopped in drive through for a taco salad had to wait an extended time they asked me to pull around to the other side of the building still waiting, guy finallycamebout to smoke, and realized they had forgotten me so he runs back in and quickly brings out a bag, got a south west salad, and a bowl of chili , no chips, no salsa, not even a fork to eat it with. Do go here !!!

The friendliest crew EVER! I came through about 6:30 pm at the drive through. From the moment the person too my order to when I was given my order was the friendliest crew I’ve ever expected at a drive through ANYWHERE! They were just HAPPY! They made me feel so good I was happy too! Food was fresh and delicious! My receipt says Host; Anayshka, and Cashier: Kha lef. Usually it’s hard to get a smile from someone much less drive away feeling good. But tonight, that’s exactly what happened! Thank you for this crew tonight! After a long day, you made my evening fabulous! And my food was even better with the smiles given out! Thank you!
