I thought the food was cooked to order. My Corn was good and hot, but my wings were cold. There was no ice in the machine. And the man behind the counter was not friendly at all.

The workers were all very nice. I usually don’t like garlic Parmesan wings since they’re overbearing, but THEIR GARLIC PARMESAN WINGS WERE PERFECT. I don’t recommend their mild wings though, they had a weird aftertaste. The tall black guy who made the wings did a good job and was time efficient and kind with all the orders made. It took me around 10 minutes to get my 6 piece combo which isn’t too bad. The wings are good and so are the fries. It’s a pretty good price for the portion of food you get too.

My son placed an online pick up order. When i got there, they had no ticket for his food. Their suggestion was make sure he didnt place the order for new jersey. Really? So then they wanted proof, which is fine. But almost felt like they thought i was lying. Had to wait another 20 mins before food was ready. But she did give me a free drink for waiting.

I ordered an online order expecting to be able to get there in time during my lunch break, but my job ended up closing early and I had to stay to close so I didn’t get to go and pick up my food on time. I called to let them know I would be late. When I arrived, they offered to remake my food. I was expecting to eat cold wings but this made my day.

I got the 30 piece wings with mild buffalo and the spicy Korean Q..so 15 of each flavor. Cajun corn and 2 large fries and a large ranch dip. My total was $56.03. The Korean was by far my favorite!! The mild was to mild imo. The Cajun corn were awesome!! Next, time I believe I will get the hot buffalo instead of the mild...bc let me tell you I will order again!! The ladies at the front were very informative and nice as this was my first time ordering from here.

I love their wings but they NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT! When you order online and have it delivered there is a specific reason you need it delivered! That doesn’t mean I have time to go sit at your store for another hour for you to fix my order AGAIN! It’s absolutely ridiculous!

I called asking about the cancellation policy for a mobile order, they said you cannot cancel and I nicely said okay and came to pick it up. When there the worker said “This is the order for Shawn (my husband) and it’s the one they called 14 times to cancel it.’ Blatantly rude and when confronted that I only called once she walked away. There were items of the order missing as well.

My coworkers and I doordashed on 8-15 and half of our order was missing. When we asked for the missing items to be delivered they sent chicken wings and tenders that were uneatable. They did not even try making it correctly, just wings and tenders with sauce half way thrown on. Every order was wrong and didn't have the right amount of each flavor. This is the third time this has happened.
