I was driving for door dash and picked up and order here. I'll be back as a customer simply because of how professional and welcoming Elon was. It's refreshing to run across a great attitude these days.
Came to pick up food on Super Bowl Sunday, realistically expecting to have to wait a while for wings, but they handled everything really well! Had extra staff dedicated just to takeout orders and got my food super quickly. Great quality too! Was my first time trying wingstop and will definitely be back.

Whitney absolutely made our night. It was almost closing time and me being 9 months pregnant, just wanted some chicken wings and Whitney was extremely friendly and helpful. She made our night and we will definitely be back the restaurant was also really clean and the food was delicious.

Kaitlin is honestly the sweetest person you will ever meet. She does so much for the community at this wingstop that it just makes me want to keep coming back. She has up an angel tree for kids right now in her lobby, which I think is the coolest thing ever. She is always smiling and making conversations with anyone that walks through the door.

It was our 1st time coming to wingstop. The cashier was very pleasant, helpful, and patient with us since it took a little bit to figure out what we wanted to order. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, it was delicious. My husband and son ordered wings combos, the only thing bad i can say is the fries are very salty/seasoned. Service was quick. Would recommend this place to friends! It was a little expensive tho (almost $70 for 3 people) but thats expected I guess for chicken wings.

We ordered here on Black Friday and the order was delivered by DoorDash. Our order was not correct when we received it. I called and the lady was very nice. I explained I had had a major surgery and could not drive down there. She said no problem and took my name and said they would replace my order. I just needed to call when I wanted it. I called today. The worked that I talked to today was horrible. He said he could find no record of my name anywhere. He then put me on hold and came back. He said evidently a manager told me that last Friday, but his general manager, who overrides a manager, said they would not replace my order over missing fries. I will not be back to this location ever.

Would give this store a 0 star if I could. Whitney is absolutely absurd with the way she addresses customers. I’ve never encountered customer service as shockingly unprofessional as what I experienced with Whitney, at this Wingstop. Not only was my order completely wrong, but her attitude was downright unacceptable dismissive, rude, and genuinely uninterested in fixing the mistake she caused. It’s astounding that someone with her lack of courtesy, accountability, and basic competence was put in charge of anything, let alone a restaurant. If this location cares at all about its reputation, they should seriously reconsider allowing Whitney to continue representing their brand, because right now she’s the biggest reason customers will think twice before ever coming back.
i ordered a meal with a large fry,when i looked in the bag i received half IF THAT of the normal amount i receive when i order a large fry.So i politely asked the person at the front counter and showed them what i got,they were very nice and agreed that i did not receive a large fry.They then went to tell the person in the back (im not sure of her name) and she immideatly got an attitude and said that i received a large fry (i very obviously didn’t in not the type of person to freak out over a couple of fries missing i paid the up charge and got the normal amount.) she was very rude and hateful to the cashier and rather than directly saying something to me she took it out on the cashier in front of me and all of the other people.She is continuously yelling.Its really a shame because this is a nice place and there were many customers in the dining room.She ruined the whole atmosphere.
