As soon as I walked in the leader or manager whomever was in charge was yelling at the employees. They were pointing out everything that each employee was doing wrong out load for customers to hear. I went to the counter and said I had a door dash. The manager or leader whatever said oh the door dash order that isn’t scheduled to pick up for 3 more minutes?! I got here as soon as the order popped up on which I was close to the restaurant. Very rude and unprofessional. I’d never personally eat here the way that manager was screaming at her employees out loud for everyone to hear. Felt uncomfortable being in there. Will not ever go there personally and that’s a bummer considering I’ve always heard good things about their food.

We went on a very busy night the workers were running around like crazy trying to fill orders but we still got fast service with hot food and they kept coming by to check on us. You can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do.

Gave the food a one star even though didn’t get to try it. The server was absolutely rude and acted like it was a pain to have to serve a customer. Probably shouldn’t have the job if they don't want to work. Ended up eating at chili’s where the staff was actually nice. 10/10 would recommend the chilis around here. They were super nice.

They are super slow! I've waited over 20 minutes for my order and still haven't gotten it. They need to do better!
I placed an order to be delivered. When I got the order, I was missing 2 orders of tenders, voodoo fries and 2 drinks. I called and when they answered asked to speak to the manager. The persons voice changed and said this is him. As I was saying I had an order delivered and it wasn’t correct, he loudly interrupted me and said I have your order right here and can you come get it. I said no, that’s why I paid for delivery, just have it delivered. He said that’s not happening. I’ll credit you or you can come get it. I said that ain’t happening I would like to know the owners name. He then started screaming and hung up on me. I went to the store to talk to the manager where he screamed and cursed at me about how I talked to people, when I had 4 witnesses who witnessed the phone conversation and were appalled at his behavior. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company and left a message for Vibe restaurants who owns the store. This is the second time I have ordered from them and the second time they have messed up my order. I will not be back under any circumstance.

The food is great and usually always is, and this review doesn’t reflect the food at all this is mostly about staff. The man that helped me with my order was amazing, but after sitting here for a while the man working the counter had appeared to make a mistake, which happens, however the way the manager or assistant manager handled it absolutely appalled me. Not only was she disrespectful to her employee but she was yelling at him in front of customers. Even if she was stressed in the moment I don’t understand how she could yell at him, and embarrass him after making an honest mistake. I will probably not come back here again after this.

We grabbed some wings tonight before heading home and the food is decent but the service was exceptional. I wished I knew the young man's name because I would reach out to the owner and let them know they need to do whatever it takes to keep him there. We had a free meal but also ordered 15 wings and sides for other people at our home. He took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our order. I wised there were more people like this guy in every industry because his customer service skills are a 10. I ordered the garlic parm wings, I wouldn't suggest ordering them because they have dry parmesan cheese cheese and no garlic. I'm use to more of a wet sauce, this was not good. There's no doubt if I called him and told him he would offer to replace them but it's all good, I just won't order them again. Everything else was good, including the BBQ and Hawaiian wings. I normally order regular Buffalo, I should have stuck with old faithful but I like trying new menu items. Regardless, great customer service goes a long way with me.
