A very underwhelming experience, I had the chicken "Zsalad" with the egg roll, my wife had 2 orders of wings. I placed the order inside the store at the counter and asked for the order to go. They brought the order out on a tray so they had to put it into to go containers. The salad wasn't bad, just not exceptional, -which for a $10+ salad, did not live up to the hype shown in their advertisements. My wife said the wings were very good but they were also 5 for $10. For the amount of money spent, the value did not measure up for me. This was my first and only visit to this establishment as I am not likely to return for a second visit.

Chicken tasted like the oil had been hot and burnt taste to it fris were cold and over salted. Wanted to charge for a thing of sauce for 5 strips

Placed an order in the drive through, parked and ate our food. After we ate we were dumping out the ice from our drinks so we could throw the cups away since we had finished the drinks. That’s when we found a medium length curly black hair in one of the cups. We both have long blonde hair. Disgusting. Tried calling 3 times and never got an answer.

Shout out to the little red haired girl working the drive thru window at the East end Zaxbys. She was super pleasant while taking my order, read it back perfectly, and when we got to the window, my 6 year old said, "Wow mom! She is doing all that talking AND preparing the drinks at the same time."Order was handed to me upon arriving at the window, correct and fresh. Way to go East End crew

Very disappointed I went in for a zensation salad, after speaking to representative of this resteraunt at the taste of Morristown. She told me if I wanted a zensation salad I'd better get there before the end of April because they are leaving again! Well when I went only a couple days later. The cashier said NOPE we don't have them anymore, I told her about the person at the taste of Morristown. She said Oh well we don't have them. And was kind of rude, so I think that will be my last time at Zaxby's.
