Since when did it become appropriate for a subway artist to ask a customer to leave a tip “ if they want, but don’t need to”?? Seriously??? This subway is trash. They never seem to know what goes on the subs and they NEVER have a manager on shift. I've been trying for 4 days to get a messed up sandwich replaced because the manager isn't there.

Manager working night shift needs to learn how to actually handle customers. I’ve been in a lot of bad customer service situations but this was the first time I’ve had a manager walk in and escalate a situation. Wont be shopping at the subway or the grocery store anymore.
