My husband and I were headed back to VA from Gaitlinburg from Vacation and stopped at this Wendy’s. I have to say in ALL the Wendy’s we’ve eaten at this cashier Andrew was the most kindest, prompt, and knowledgeable employee we have ever seen. He greeted us with the biggest smile, took our order and it was correct in its entirety, and thanked us for stopping by and wished us a safe trip and Merry Christmas. Clueless unsupervised teens running the place. Order taker is like the fish Dory, something shiny takes her attention. Ordered dine in, she gave us food in a bag with food we didn’t order
Both me and my boyfriend got food poisoning from here. We both had a crispy chicken snadwich and now we've got food poisoning.
