Came to pick up an order and the lady at the drive thru said “pull forward but don’t pull forward to far and make me walk far”.
Excuse me but it’s not my responsibility to keep your employees lazy so I pulled up as far as I could and I makes her walk as far as I could. You don’t talk to customers like that. If this women doesn’t want to walk far then open the lobby up.
I usually do not write reviews, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. I walked into Arby's that had really no one inside except for one person and she hadn't quite gotten through placing her order yet.. by the time I get in the line behind her her order was placed, now mind you the guy behind the counter told me I had to wait to place my order so he could go make her milkshakes, I don't know if they were understaffed it's always a possibility...
