I walked into Blue Coast tonight and politely asked if they were able to make the fish tacos, which what I would assume is the manager said yes, but the other workers didn’t look to pleased about that and made a comment about “making sure not to make a mess since I just cleaned it”. Then my wife ordered her food and we were asked for here or to go, we initially choose to go because we understood the store was closing, but the manager (again assuming here) said we could sit in the restaurant until 9pm, so we ate there. We made our way to the cash register, and one of the workers said to the manager “why did you say that” or something around there, which was said in earshot of us. Then the whole time we were eating, the staff (minus the manager) were looking at us while doing their tasks. We finally finished our meals and thanked the staff and they barely acknowledged us until we were practically out the door.

The food was ok, the bowl was good, but the tacos that I was looking forward to were dry and the tortilla fell apart as soon as I went to go take a bite.

I never write google reviews, but this place needed one. The service was not bad however the over all cleanliness was extremely bad. The areas food was being cooked and prepared/ stored were absolutely disgusting. We spent almost $30 to eat here just for 2 people. Upon eating our food was not fresh. The steak was mushy wet and flavorless. After eating we used the restroom to wash our hands and the restroom was dirtier than a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Sad to say we won’t be returning. We had heard good things about this franchise.

Our family’s favorite taco/burrito spot in MJ. Good food, generous portions and friendly staff. Will go here over Moe’s, Salsarita’s and Chipotle any day.

The food area was clean and the employees were very nice but the dining area and restrooms really need a good cleaning. Our seating was sticky and there were other tables that needed to be wiped down. Because of the type of sealant used on the table and chairs, I would highly recommend checking what they’re cleaning with because I think it is making it stick here. Like don’t use 409.
We go to Blue Coast in many other locations and unfortunately, this one was not the cleanest. And they were not busy.

Absolutely delicious fish tacos drizzled in a tangy Baja and a Pineapple Salsa that tickles all the senses wonderfully. Served by a lively crew in a family-friendly fun environment. It's another one of those places where my adult ADHD kicks in. There's almost too much to entertain the brain while you dine.

I don’t believe the chicken was fresh, it didn’t look like it but I still ate it any way because I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I ended up having a really bad stomach ache and felt nauseous and felt like I was gonna faint. Also the cheese tasted a lil weird, so I’m just not sure if they’re keeping things as fresh as they should be. Haven’t been here in like a year but this is my first bad experience.

Awesome place to have lunch after church, or supper when you just can't figure out what everyone wants. My family loves this Blue Coast. Great spot!

Slow, out of things, and it was dingy and dirty.

I had a great experience here today! Although I was greeted with a shining smile, the person was friendly and helped me choose something yummy.
They have high chairs and pretty good variety for the family. I got the bowl. It was just the right amount and was still warm when I made it to my table (at other places, it's not the case).
It was clean, which I deeply appreciate!
