Not my favorite. Thr concept is cute if you Dine in.Basically it's a raw buffet you place items in a bowl and they prepare it on a large hibachi type griddle. They messed up my order. Switched our meatsThe crisp green beans were tastyPork dumplings were ok....go to steam boys if you crave dumplingsThe service was ok.Over priced

The meal was absolutely amazing and I've never had better. The atmosphere is great for any type of occasion. The service was amazing as the waitresses were very concentrated on making our experience a 10/10. I would highly recommend this restaurant for all.

Food was good. The bowl of food is both fun and filling. Most of my group had leftovers to take home. They apparently don't have any good tables for more than four people. Five of us went and we got stuck in this awkward table in the corner.

This place use to be great. HORRIBLE now!! Rude staff. Messy dining area, and long waits for food when no one else is in restaurant. I get there are staffing issues but I don’t know how this place is still open. Asked for manager. They didn’t have one. Left my number for a phone call back- shocker I didn’t get one. Will never go back.

^ positive: the food is still good, hot, fast, and customizable. Service was friendly.- negative: This place is a shell of what it used to be. No sake, wine, or bar. No ambiance. Worn out, dirty, and dated interior. Seat backs are broken and wobbly. No hibachi, and air conditioner is about 80.The only reason we came is for my son’s birthday, but they didn’t have any dessert AT ALL so that was a bust.

The manager with blonde curly hair (didn’t catch her name) is the sweetest person I have ever met. I’ve never been treated so nice by anyone in the food industry before. Food is always good but she quite literally made my day.

Me and my best friend ended up getting sick 5 minutes after eating some of our food and I was fine all day and it was the first thing we had to eat and i only threw up what I ate from there and usually If I’m sick I dry heave a lot before I’m done after that food was out of my system I was perfectly fine. Idk what it was but it is also very humid in there. The meat could easily go bad. Idk if it happened to anyone else but I’ve never had a problem till now

Stopped in for dinner. People were friendly & the place was clean. Took our order fast, we picked what we wanted, they fixed it up & brought it to us in no time. Food was great & so were the people I was with.

The food was okay but the service was very disappointed. The lady who hosted us seemed more interested in flirting with her coworkers than waiting on us. I even saw her turn away a couple telling them they didn't have hibachi available without mentioning the Mongolian options. I may try the Hermitage location soon but the lack of professionalism I faced in Mt Juliet last week was very disappointing.

We were very excited to try this today but as we got into the door, the hostess tried to turn us away but someone else came in behind her. The staff all looked to be under 21. We watched them turn away another couple as they came in claiming they were short staffed as around 5 if them sat at a booth with sonic cups goofing off. Our waitress and hostess didn't want to help us, the sauce bar looked dirty and needed to be wiped then we watched the same girl turn people away as she went back to socializing with her coworkers. One good quality is that we did enjoy the food but won't be back to this location unless they hire more professional and customer oriented people.

They haven't had a hibachi chef in ages, it's been at least a year and a half. I don't want just a bowl of noodles if I go to a hibachi restaurant, that kind of defeats the purpose.

Hibachi was closed until further notice. Got Mongolian, it was good but they got ingredients from my bowl in with my spouse (who is allergic to shellfish if ingested). Otherwise, cooked well and great quality. Nice staff.

We went in on a Saturday for lunch at 2:20pm. The hours state they close at 3:00 for lunch. We were told they could not seat us as they close at 3:00. I said it's not 3 yet, she told me they stop seating at 2:30, I said it's not 2:30 yet either. I was told they would not seat me. If you want to close at 2:20 or 2:30 then post them as your hours. Very disappointed, you can do better.

the foods pretty good, but it's a little pricey for the quality. A really big variety of different meats and vegetables to put in your bowl for them to cook

One of my kid's favorites. Get to pick your own ingredients for stir fry. I recommend the thai chili sauce.
