The service is terrible, it's a shame the food is excellent, because we have eaten at Cheddar's in Smyrna, the service is excellent and by the way they never gave us the entrance that the restaurant always gives.
The place was not busy. Had to wait a long time for food and still had to wait for half my order to come out. Waitress never asked us if we needed refills. Just not a great experience.
Went late one night recently and was very impressed by how professional the staff was. Our waiter Evan was on point and knew when/what we needed before we did! The food was tasty and came out fresh at the perfect temperature. Would 10/10 recommend this location :)
