While the food and service is excellent as always, I’m not pleased with the new atmosphere and especially the new logo. While a loyal customer, I may have to find someplace where people are not trying to change a great company.
With all the hub bub going on, this is one of their NEW Remodel Restaurants they have done. Yes, it looks like a Paula Deen place to be honest. It's also very noisy. You miss the old traditional look and feel. The cozy side is gone. I just noticed also that the people don't seem as friendly either. Anyway, I ordered the Grandma's Sampler that comes with ONE small sausage, One small piece of ham, One 1/4" piece of Bacon that wasn't even a full strip. Gravy...
The pancakes have a good flavor that goes with all of the fresh fruit toppings. The staff was tentative to the tables and friendly, it wasnt to hot or cold inside. The hot latte coffees are a good way to start the day.
