Dairy Queen Reviews
Went to this restaurant and they gave me a drink with no ice and tried to give me my food without putting food in a bag, had to ask for ice and a bag for my food and the young lady at the drive through was not friendly at all, don’t work there if you don’t care, very bad service.
Twice now gave up while waiting in the drive thru
There is a girl in there working her name is Jenna (spelling) apparently she is a manager. She is by far a decent person. All she does is yell at the young lady working the counter name Ashley. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers good service, with staff willing to accommodate special requests. Customers have noted that the staff is friendly and helpful, even when they are busy. The quality of food is generally good, and some enjoy the ice cream, especially the Blizzard, which is praised for being perfect. Many customers appreciate the cleanliness of the lobby. However, some items, like cheese curds, may be out of stock at times, causing customers to modify their orders. Portion sizes, especially for soft serve ice cream, are sometimes considered small and overpriced, which can lead to disappointment. One customer mentioned that the Mixing Bowl Mashup Mini had an unusual taste, but overall, the restaurant remains a favored spot for ice cream and quick bites.
