Firehouse Subs Mt Juliet

They messed up my sandwich (left off a main ingredient not a variation I added), which of course I didn’t notice until I got back home so I had to call and have them remake it and go all the way back down there and they made me bring my messed up sandwich. I had to come twice for the same order and they are so petty they want to make sure they get to throw away the mess up. The least they could do is let me keep it if they’re going to waste it anyway especially since I had to come back myself. I showed them it was wrong from what I ordered so it’s not like I was trying to get anything over on anyone. So wasteful. Will not be coming back.

We came in a few minutes before closing bc we almost forgot to get a sandwich to take kayaking tomorrow and I was afraid they would be annoyed that we came in so close to closing. But the guy was incredibly helpful and even put sauces on the side without us having to ask bc he didn’t want it to be soggy!

Firehouse subs in Mt Juliet is south of I40 on mt Juliet road about a mile. It’s worth the effort though. Friendly service. Quick food made to order and plenty of ingredients. We had the turkey bacon ranch which didn’t lack abundance and super fresh. A bit g firm pickle too…not those flimsy ones excuses at some other places. We tried the tuna salad sandwich which, although great, was a bit too fishy for our tastes. They have the make your own coke machines and hot sauce bar. We look forward to returning.

Ordered online after church and stopped and got it on way home, use the app food was ready when we arrived and was correct and delicious

Not sure why, but Firehouse Subs usually doesn't come to mind when I'm thinking about where to eat. Not sure why, because their did is good. Not sure I've ever had a bad sandwich or experience here.

Stopped in today for lunch with my family. Good, solid experience as before. I decided to try the new Spicy Dill Hot Ones sandwich. It was good, but I don't think they remembered to put the sauce on it because it was not spicy at all. Luckily they have the hot sauce bar, so I sampled a few of them and they were all good.
