Not sure why, but Firehouse Subs usually doesn't come to mind when I'm thinking about where to eat. Not sure why, because their did is good. Not sure I've ever had a bad sandwich or experience here.

Stopped in today for lunch with my family. Good, solid experience as before. I decided to try the new Spicy Dill Hot Ones sandwich. It was good, but I don't think they remembered to put the sauce on it because it was not spicy at all. Luckily they have the hot sauce bar, so I sampled a few of them and they were all good.

I entered this location at approximately 8:30. The hours of this location 9:00 pm. I waited a few minutes to place my order. Soon after received my food. I walked to a table and was told the dining room was closed. I was not told this when i placed my order, and had I known this, I would have gone elsewhere. Very unprofessional staff and won't be returning any time soon, if ever!!

You can not order thru app within 2 hrs of close, waste of time usually screw up order or give ends of tomatoes or jalapenos, ya know stems!

Change your damn time!! It says 10 but yall close at 9. And the only way to know that is if you go and look at the door if you order online be aware they close at 9 not 10!!

They always seem to forget my extra pickle spear......

If you want to wait 38 minutes for a sandwich to be made, this is the place to go!! Could have sat down at a restaurant and been served and out quicker than this. Absolutely will never return.
