I have been a customer at this restaurant many times as I pass through Nashville. The reason for the low review is due to the fact that I inadvertently placed an order to this restaurant using the Firehouse app while in another city. I called this restaurant to let them know that I had made the mistake and the manager told me there was nothing they could do to refund the money. I have called the helpline and they said that the restaurant should that received the order should have refunded the money. And now it has to go through a review board. So that is why I give them the low review, I will not stop at this restaurant again and why I won’t be as good of a customer to any firehouse subs restaurants in the future.

This visit was a nightmare. Limited time for dinner before my husband had to go to work, and we hadn't treated ourself to a firehouse sandwich in a long time. Placed order at the register at 6:00. Around 6:15 when the guy that ordered after me got his food, I asked if they had misplaced my order. The manager said, no its right here. So 20 min later and a couple that ordered 15 to 20 twenty minutes after me, got their food. I asked again about my order and the manager said "these guys didn't advance the tickets right, so yours isn't done yet". At 6:40 I got my food. The sandwiches were cold, not toasted as requested and with no pickles. Just a joke of a staff at this location who could care less if you get what you paid $30 for. I wouldn't recommend tipping when you order because I guarantee you'll regret it. A couple of cold ham and cheese sandwiches at home would have cost around $4 and would have been just as good, probably better. What a waste.

Best subs ever, asked the girl behind the counter for extra bbq. When you think you have enough add more. That was the best sub I've ever ate. Thank you!

I got 2 small sandwiches and the 5 people behind the counter just kept looking at me not acknowledging my order. 5 other people came in and ordered and gave them their food before me and kept saying they were working on it. It took 45 minutes for 2 little sandwiches and the 5 workers behind the counter were lazy and didn't care at all.

Love coming to Firehouse. Great food that is reasonably priced, filling, and tastes good. The staff is always welcoming when I am there, and I love how much they give back to the community too. Definitely recommend this location any time you go for lunch or an easy dinner!
