Not sure why, but Firehouse Subs usually doesn't come to mind when I'm thinking about where to eat. Not sure why, because their did is good. Not sure I've ever had a bad sandwich or experience here.

Stopped in today for lunch with my family. Good, solid experience as before. I decided to try the new Spicy Dill Hot Ones sandwich. It was good, but I don't think they remembered to put the sauce on it because it was not spicy at all. Luckily...

Wonderful experience! We were greeted by Victor and, having not been in before, he pointed out some things we didn't know, for example you could have just the bread toasted but have the meat cold-which I would prefer.
Then he politely excused himself and went about what he was previously doing as we were deciding on our orders.
Our sandwiches were just right, and everything was very fresh.
The store was clean with a good inviting atmosphere and...

Awesome sub and salad, we went there yesterday and again tonight. Always fresh and delicious. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, staff very polite and hard working. Tessa was so accommodating and efficient.
Great food, great staff. Five out of five stars for a great experience!!!! Will visit again and again. ?????
