Great service, clean kitchen and dining room and pretty good Sausage Egg Biscuits. Have no idea why the lady that bagged my dine in order put about nine pounds of flyers inside my bag but I left them all on the table for future diners.

Came here twice after leaving my first review to try the different shifts and give the restaurant a second chance. First off I come in on my first break 11am. I come in one morning about two weeks ago and come to the drive thru to be told they are only accepting inside orders. I go inside(barely any customers and at least 4 workers I can see) I’m told they are only serving breakfast but they don’t have the menu changed so I ask for a menu and the old grey haired woman taking my order says she doesn’t have a menu so I ask what’s on the menu usually and she just names off a couple biscuits which I know there’s more but how do you pride yourself in your work and you can’t even memorize the menu? Get a grip. Grown age of 60 something years old and you have the attitude of a hormonal teenager. Disgusting service, absolutely this might as well just be a truck stop only.

Bronwen is an absolute ANGEL!! I told her that I was autistic and I was trying something new and she TOTALLY took care of me. Despite being so slammed with drive through orders she still made the perfect time to take care of me and make my experience wonderful!! Thank you Bronwen 🫶🏻

So I order a double famous burger, manger told me to pull forward there was no one behind me so I asked why no answer, I pulled forward waited for over 5 minutes the manager then came out and threw my burger at me with a solid mean look I will never go to Mt Juliet Hardee's again and I'm going to call corporate and show my dash cam footage let them judge for there selves
This place is so annoying when you are able to purchase the food it’s amazing but for the life of me I don’t understand how the business hours are until 9pm and they close by 8:30pm I drove another 20 minutes to get Popeyes in the end. This is a constant issue on Fridays

Not normal for me to leave a negative review. Normally straight to management and not post publicly. I was extremely disappointed when I stopped by at 8:25pm on Friday night for shake and fries. When we arrived to drive thru we were asked if using mobile app to pick up order. I said no. Then the gruff man said well then we are closed...... I would understand if it was closer to closing time. I felt like I inconvenienced him by even pulling up.
