Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint Reviews
We are here tonight as one of the things on my list I have to eat at one more time before we move to another state next week.
I will start by saying I am a huge fan and have have been since he only had one shop.
When I drive Uber and riders ask where to go for BBQ I always sent freer to Martin’s and to try redneck tacos with brisket. I never tell people to go to places that I don’t eat at myself.
I was reading thru the reviews and this one I felt...read full review
The menu looked amazing but honestly it was just ok. Service was very friendly. The brisket was very tough and Mac and cheese was broken (sauce coagulation) had the redneck taco with the brisket upgrade, but would pick pulled chicken if I came back. Price point was within expectations but as I stated just average food at best.
We ordered to go …one item was our BBQ Nachos with NO jalapeños. There was no BBQ sauce at all in the nachos and the request for no jalapeños was totally ignored. It was full of jalapeños. Dry and nasty that’s what we got .
If they can’t get an order correct maybe turning down the music so they can hear might help

Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint offers delicious barbecue with tender brisket and great sauce. The atmosphere is excellent, with friendly service and a casual dining experience. The menu features tasty options like brisket sandwiches, ribs, and sides like baked beans and mac and cheese. Customers praise the fried chicken sandwich, the homemade-style food, and the helpful staff. The ribs, mac and cheese, pulled pork, and brisket receive high marks. Visitors suggest the restaurant expand to other locations, as the barbecue is considered superior to other options in the area.
The pulled pork sandwich and potato salad are good, made from red potatoes with skins throughout. The sauce is a thin liquid, not a thick barbecue sauce. The ribs are fall-off-the-bone wonderful, both the dry rub and the wet. The brisket is flavorful but can be dry, so the barbecue sauce is recommended. The mac and cheese is also wonderful. The staff is very kind and helpful, even allowing customers to dine inside after closing hours. The food is mouthwatering delicious, and the restaurant is considered the best barbecue in the entire area.
