It’s a shame to see bad reviews at this Mc Donald’s because it is by far the best one in the area. I’ve been stopping here for lunch almost every Thursday for a year now, and my food is always hot and fresh. Today I went in and seen workers cleaning, keeping the place spotless. Even the manager was mopping. Every one was super nice and had a great attitude. And when the manager seen I had been standing there waiting for my food for a minute, she went back and checked my order without me even having to ask. As someone who’s eaten at this specific location over and over, there’s a reason why I keep coming back. Keep up the good work. If I could give more stars I would. A++

I've never been impressed by the quality of service at this location. My son got apple slices with his happy meal today, and the expiration date was 2 days old. Makes you wonder what else is expired that they are serving you. Today is 1-28. They expired on 1-26. I do not reccomend.

This Mcdonalds has horrible service. We've been here so many times and consistently sit in the drive thru without getting service for at least 10 minutes. Literally sitting at the ordering screen.Well we came back and they consistently get our order wrong as well. Also have had our chicken not fully cooked twice this month.

What is with nobody in this town answering their drive-through windows? Sat for a good 5 minutes just to get my order in. Do better.

Worst location to place a mobile order. I went to drive through and said its a mobile order with the code from app. The employee says she cannot understand what that is. Finally asked me to pull the window. But the person asked me to wait in parking. After 10 min no order yet. Finally went inside and they changed the order from drive thru to pick up.And guess what it was wrong order. None of the employees speak good english. Atleast the person who takes the order should be able to. Every time its an hassle with mobile orders at this location.

So I order ice cream been waiting for 30 minutes and still didn’t receive my ice cream and came back next day and trying to order another one and I’ve been waiting for like 12 minutes and still didn’t get it and they say their machine is not working really bad service not recommended!!!!!!

We were trying to something quick for dinner. It had been a little over a year since going to a McDonald's but we were in a rush but of course that didn't work out. I was asked to pull forward after receiving my tea so I had time to taste it before getting the food, I almost threw up it was gross! When she brought the food I asked to exchange it for a soda. So she took it to switch, I waited over 5Minutes then parked and went in. It had been sitting that whole time because she got distracted. Get home and the pies I ordered were missing half of the fries were rock hard, my husband's burger was a mess and my paddy was dry and crumbley. It wasn't busy, only 1 family inside and 2 cars left after me. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.

I went there this morning to get breakfast for my son and I. I used to go there a lot and use the app. I went through the drive thru and gave my order. The lady took and order and then I told her I had a code. She took the code and told me that was for a happy meal. I told her that it was not for happy meal it was a bogo deal. She told me she could see it and I was wrong. I told her I would show her. She said no. She didn't need to see it. I told her that I wanted the manager. She said she was the manager. I just drove off and went elsewhere. Worst experience I've ever has at a fast food place. She didn't speak good English and was so rude. She should go to customer service school. I had no problem paying for anything I did when I went elsewhere. But the point is I had a app on my phone and I should have been able to use it since that's what it's for.
