First time at a Moe’s Southwest grille service was friendly, prompt and the food was very fresh and flavorful I would totally visit Moe’s again!

Bella really took care of us. Beginning to end made sure we had what we wanted, how we wanted it. I’ve been to places that roll a bad burrito. Not here. Pro tip get the Chili Lime Sauce if you like flavor town. We will be back!

Amazing and hospitable service from the moment I walked into the store, very nicely cleaned and maintained . A kind worker names Haki helped me through my order in a very kind and professional manner and I would definitely go again.

Completely unhygienic, disgusting, and slow. It took around 30 minutes to sit in the lobby for an order that had two items and ought to have been finished or at least worked on by the time I arrived. About five times during that period, I heard a larger poc man who was, to put it mildly, inadequate sneezed, wiped his nose, and coughed directly over the food! He never washed his hands. So filthy! He is to blame for my sore throat and sickness this morning! I would never suggest this establishment!

UNSANITARY, DISGUSTING, & SLOW. Did a pickup order & for an order that had two things and should’ve have been completed or at least worked on by the time I got there took 25 minutes sitting in the lobby. In that time I heard and saw this black man with glasses on the heavier side who was incompetent to say the least with his no sense of urgency sneeze, blow his nose, cough while directly over the food about 5 DIFFERENT times!! Never once washing his hands. So unsanitary!!!This morning I woke up with a sick and a sore throat! Wish the department of food safety would shut this place down. Don’t go unless you want to end up sick! Would never recommend this place!!

With the new management my rice has started to taste properly cooked. There has been few times I have gotten rice bowl and got crunchy or very sticky rice. Thank you new management or whomever is making the rice!

Well, that's it for mos for me. Not just this location but the whole franchise.Im no longer going to have employees roll their eyes because I'm begging them to at least give me a full scoop of rice. I gave up when I got 3 small nuggets of chicken. For the price I pay I expect a full belly
