Disappointing. Salsa, sauces, chips were good, everything else not so much. Trying hard to find a fast casual Mexican restaurant to compare with Cafe Rio, which we loved in California but unfortunately there aren't any in Tennessee.

I got a $5 coupon because I had stopped eating at Moe's. I figured I'd give them another try. Well now I remember why I stopped eating here. My burrito chicken was cold. Cheese was not even melted. It's funny how they send out stuff trying to get you to come back and still serve their nasty food. Also it is way overpriced now.I was one of the first 50 customers at this location. It used to be so good. They'd greet you when you walked in the door and the food was always fresh. Now it is disgusting.

I promise you if I could leave zero stars, I would my husband and I went into the Mount Juliet location tonight and stood in line as the only two people for 15+ minutes and then two more people came in behind us. None of us were acknowledged none of us were waited on we left, and then they were getting in their car as we were pulling out of the parking lot without food so they didn't order either. I called and asked to speak to the manager, but the person that I talk to was absolutely not the manager because she told me it wasn't her fault that they had online orders and that they needed to finish them before they started anything for anybody standing in the restaurant because they could wait. She was rude and unprofessional and the food in the pans looked crusty and disgusting like It had been there for 12 hours.

Food was not fresh, service was HORRIBLE. I ordered a vegetarian burrito and she tried to fold it up and said, “well, I can’t fold very well so I’m just giving you a bowl.” And threw it all into a bowl. Then the girl working the checkout wouldn’t look up from her phone to check us out. Literally texting while we paid her. They all were sitting in the middle of the restaurant at the tables while we were trying to eat, as well. It was dirty and the tables were gross. Won’t be back.

The food was good, but the atmosphere was not. The staff was arguing loudly about closing procedures for the restaurant. Lots of employees standing around, not doing anything. The restaurant was not very clean looking. No ice, and no toilet paper in restroom. Probably should have not eaten there! Skip this restaurant!
I should have known something was up when the place was a ghost town at 1 in the afternoon. This location is poorly managed. The place was dingy and the tea tasted like mop water. Step it up MJ crew.

Came to get Moe’s and I looked online and it said they were open but apparently they have special hours that don’t reflect the times they are open. It’s super disappointing. Moe’s headquarters should look into this.
Delicious and better than chipotle. I got a chicken bowl with many things and topped it with the poblano crema — high recommend.
