Why am I rating this only 2 stars despite rating it higher on all aspects than 2 stars? For a very simple reason:
The suggested tip amounts are a lie. The 18% tip i was suggested was actually 25%, The 20% is closer to 28%, and the 25% was about 33%.
Check your suggested tip percentages.

Sushi Bento box, very good large pieces of salmon and tuna. More sauce on the roll than I liked, but it's still good. My companion had a Korean dish, loved it.

I gave this place two chances. My first visit (dine in) the server shook her head when I walked in and then hurried me through the whole experience. The fried rolls were delicious but all of the tuna seemed a bit off. My second visit (pick up) I had to wait an additional 10 minutes past the pick up time while the people upfront were running other errands. This time the fish was very fresh. However, one of our roles was falling apart and another was served deconstructed so we had to reassemble it ourselves at home. Overall not a great experience!

The Sean's special is my absolute favorite with any of the fried rices!! And you MUST order the crab rangoon!!
We love this place! It's become our go to for Asian take out! Sushi is fresh and really good. We have tried a lot of their items and they haven't disappointed yet.

We ended up here as a last minute change of plans for our 7 year wedding anniversary dinner. Don't judge me. We had the best first time experience at MoriMori than I think we've ever had as far as first times go. We'd never been here before. Our waiter was fantastic!! He had suggestions from the drinks to the appetizers and our meal! The food we had was absolutely amazing! So many new flavors in my mouth. I cannot say enough, this place was a 10!!! We will absolutely be back!!!

We had dinner here and really enjoyed our meal everything tasted great, and we were happy enough to order another roll. The staff was very polite, and our waitress was very kind and attentive.
However, while waiting for our final roll, we noticed one of the sushi chefs leave the area while on the phone and head into the restroom. He returned still on the phone and immediately began preparing food orders without gloves. He continued handling his phone while working with food, which was already concerning, but then we saw him dig his finger into his ear and wipe it on his shirt all while continuing to work with food.
Unfortunately, this experience completely changed our impression of the restaurant. As much as we enjoyed the food and appreciated the service, we won’t be returning due to serious hygiene concerns behind the counter.

The food and price point here really match. It's exactly how your would expect- or even better. We were very pleasantly surprised and how good everything was. We tried the sushi, bulgogi, galbi, noodles and spicy pork. Everything was great. We did both dine in and take out and the quality and quantity of food was the same. This will be our go- to place in the area. Would definitely recommend!
