We like Oscar's, the food is hot and cooked to order. But the real sore spot on eating here is the lack of complimentary chips and salsa...they want to chg and chg too much at that too! From a competive standpoint, all other Mexican food type serve chips and salsa at no charge. Thus really hinders is from eating there more and others at the restaurant we've spoken to agree and feel the same. Too bad... Don't have a restaurant and act/do business like a food truck.

Never have an issue with the food. However the service today was horrible. Giselle said what would you like to order as soon as I walked up. I said not sure yet. Seeming annoyed she said let me know when you are ready turned her back started cleaning and walked away standing there shocked by this a guy came up and then took the woman's order who walked up next to me likely thinking I had already ordered. All around bad service today.

Great value for the price. Very expansive menu with many good options. The flavor was great and they have different combinations or flavors to try. The meat was lean and each bite was great. I would go back.

This place is always busy, but consistent in the food they serve. The food is great, cooked exactly right every time, and the staff is friendly! Only issue is on weekends at peak times it is very busy with lots of noise and crowds but otherwise this place is awesome!

I've had dinner twice at the Paducah, KY location and it has been great. The food is fresh and delicious, portions are generous, and prices are fair. The complimentary chips and salsa bar is also a nice touch. The restaurant is also clean, and staff are friendly. I'm looking forward to eating here again.

Rude cashier on the phone while interacting with guests and taking orders. Hope yall don’t get someone sick with food allergies. SUPER unprofessional.
