Pizza was good. Young girl who was at the register didn't speak to me when I walked up to the counter, only looked at me like she had an issue. I told her I had a pick up order and my name and she folded some boxes then whent and got my pizza. She handed to me my pizza asked if I needed my receipt and walked off .Rude for no reason. No tip from me !

Ordered two pizzas, hot traditional wings, and garlic Parmesan wings, along with 4 ranches and only got one ranch….the burnin hot buffalo sauce is not hot at all and the fact that I paid for extra ranches and did not receive any but 1 is beyond ridiculous…will not order from this location again….

This location has completely let us down on two occasions. Both were due to the horrible idea to outsource the delivery to DoorDash while still charging a 5 dollar delivery fee which feels wrong to me. The DoorDash drivers estimated time was almost an hour after my order was prepared. They gave me my money back easily, so there is that going for them.

I love my job!!! The manager Jonathan was very kind when I asked for 3 pizza’s! I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world, in this world you receive what you put out. The people that provide for me there, have helped me become the man I am today, and this is something that you rarely find nowadays

This particular Papa John's is the one in front of Kroger on Mt. Juliet road. We wanted to do a heart-shaped pizza for dinner to make it fun for the kids, but it was mediocre in every way. When I arrived at the restaurant, I pulled up to the window to pick up my order. And I sat there for 10 minutes (no exaggeration here), but nobody greeted me. And I could see two separate employees through the pickup window! So I went inside, and thankfully my order was ready. It seemed like perhaps they just didn't have enough people working. A man whom I assume to be the owner or manager was politely trying to get people their orders, so that was a plus. But the heart-shaped pizza was not heart-shaped. Lol. It was sort of dented in on one side. Definitely not symmetrical. It was so bad my wife took a picture and sent it to her brother (who actually works at a different Papa Johns). He sent us back a picture of what it was supposed to look like, and the two were drastically different. Maybe we'll chalk this one up to just not having enough workers to operate they way they are supposed to. Hoping you do better next time, PJs!

The area where you pick-up is so small. People were standing outside the door waiting because it's so confined. And with covid19 still an issue, you could feel the anxiety. The people were great and the food was awesome. Still order two or three times a week. Love it!
