Pizza was cold, Bread sticks were hard as a brick and they didn't bring my 2 liter. Call no answer at store level, sat on the phone for 10 minutes with call center and was transferred 7 times. Customer service is HORRIBLE.

Pizza is usually pretty good, but it isn't the most consistent. One day it's cooked perfectly with loads of toppings, the next time everything is burned. It's also weird they don't deliver to me when I live 5 minutes down the road. Employees are generally friendly.

There new management and staff in there and they act like they want to be there and help customers. Pizza was hot and ready and they even held the door open for me with my hand full. I felt welcome when I first walked in and taken care of fast. Also the place looks like they have been cleaning it up and getting it right for there customers great job yall I'll be back again and others need to give them another try.

Rated on 1-30-16 and 10/8/23. Every time I've ordered a pizza, they've been nothing but fantastic, and I've been there numerous times. The girls who run the front are extremely nice and pleasant. It saddens me that these reviews are so awful, I'm guessing they've gone under new management. Whether I call in and order or sit and wait after placing an order, they've been fast and everything is spot on. Wrong sauce on the wings, and a giant HAIR in the cinnamon rolls. I'm disgusted and will never order here again.
Ordered on line 3 hours in advance. Arrived called 3 times. Put on hold then told pizza was not ready. Finally 40 minutes later went in store pizza was ready the entire time in the oven. No apologies First and last visit

9.5.23 I order two pizzas online on a weekday. They were ready when I got there. I was met by a friendly staff member when I arrived. The pizza was great when I arrived home. No problems.

Waited 90 minutes for the delivery, when it arrived the pizza was burnt and the rest of the order (wings) was incorrect... can't get much worse than that...

The reviews for the this location say it all. I got a medium pepperoni pizza. 3 of the slices had zero to 1 pepperoni's one piece had like 15. I use to pick up pizza inside. No one greats the all act like they don't want to be there. I may start driving to Lebanon to get Pizza Hut.

All food was delicious!! Husband really enjoyed the wings! Pizza was great too! I put 4 stars because it was long awkward wait to talk to someone. Seemed like the manager wasnt getting help up front while she cooked as well. Short staffed, Maybe? New people? 3 other girls were there too, but was awkward being looked at several times by 4 different people for a long time and no one checking to see if you've been helped. Long wait sucked, but the food was really good so she did excellent job cooking! ?
