I'm more likely to frequent places that demonstrate care for their employees. When you have touch screens that don't work and don't allow me to tip your carhops it speaks volumes. My food and service are going to be better if your employees are happy!

First time visit to Sonic for Breakfast. I ordered the Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito. It's supposed to have •
Eggs, Zesty Cheese Sauce, Bacon, Tots, Shredded Cheddar, Cheese, Sausage, Tortilla. It was pathetic. One strip of bacon smaller than the picante packet and it was smaller than a McD's burrito. I included the receipt to prove the order. The order screen wasn't working either. You couldn't tap very much on the screen. The staff member was nice enough though, with a smile.

absolutely rude and attitude filled staff. it took about 15 minutes to get our food. during that time there was people riding around the parking lot recklessly and employees encouraging it. lots of yelling outside as well. when we finally got out food we got even more attitude and not only was all the food cold, my tots were stale. any other place woulda be better. not worth ur time or money.

Waited 15mins for a large sweet tea. Finally got our money back since they couldn't manage a drink. Place needs to be shut down. Manager said they are short staffed. Thats no excuse.

I sat in the stall for 20 minutes waiting for a drink, which was all that I ordered. I had to get out of my vehicle and go to the window. Even after that I still stood outside the window for 5 minutes waiting for the drink. I understand that the lunch rush is crazy but they had 3 people just sitting and scrolling on their phones doing nothing.

Rudest employees that are constantly upset they have to work …. At work… order never right and heaven forbid you ask for the sauces you pay for. Check outside for the employees vaping in between orders if you have trouble getting someone to answer.

It’s 2025 quit using styrofoam cups… I know it’s not the workers fault… but I just love how I grab the cup full of liquid and it just breaks! There not durable. Like your cooperate needs to fix it!
