Ordered route 44 limeade and it was all ice. Ordered a medium Chilli cheese and it was all Chilli. Barely any fries in the dish. Very dissatisfied.

I had a door dash order that was messed up due to how backed up sonic was the other night. I called in the next day assuming nothing could be done. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They even called back offering solutions.

I don’t get fast food places all stars very often as there’s normally something that goes wrong.However, this sonic was on point currently seven months pregnant and was craving a corn dog at eight in the morning .It was hot, fresh and delicious ! Also proceeded to get tater tots. They were also super hot and God thank you so much for the friendly service.

Review based on one instance on 12/21/23 at around 5:50 p.m. Either the individual on the other end of the microphone was playing tricks on me, or he needs better equipment for recording audio. Three times I asked for my burger without ketchup, he insisted, saying "it comes with ketchup!" Eventually, I gave up enquiring. The carhop made a hilarious addition by asking if I wanted extra ketchup when he dropped me my food. I'm sitting here enjoying a burger and some ketchup. Not a big deal, but it could have been prevented. Edit: the fries are quite cold and crunchy.Edit2: Regaining one star. A cheesecake smoothie tastes great.Provision of services
Service not servers fault. Like everybody else. Don't have people. These places are slowly putting their selves out of business. Management's fault, not servers.

Came here for an Uber eats order I was picking up for someone and the guy told me “I’m unable to fulfill the order I don’t have that order”. He claimed he was the supervisor, yet was rude and talking down to me over the speaker. All I was trying to do was my job. Rude for literally no reason. Unhelpful

Long waits, missing items, Bridgett was rude and not helpful, management wouldn't replace missing items, offered $5 credit for a $7 burger.

Review based on single experience on 12/21/23 at ~5:50pm. The gentleman on the other end of the microphone was either messing with me, or needs to be provided better audio equipment. I asked for no ketchup on my burger 3x and he kept replying “it comes with ketchup!” I eventually stopped asking. In a humorous addition, the carhop asked if I wanted additional ketchup when dropping off my food. So here I sit eating a burger with ketchup. Not a huge deal, but certainly avoidable. Edit: fries also rock hard and cold.Edit2: adding 1 star back. Cheesecake shake is amazing.

Went Saturday morning and normally I do not go to Sonic when they're busy. I could tell most stalls were full but I ordered anyway. Glad I did. My carhop, name tag said Hannah was outstanding and the girl on speaker was so nice it made me laugh. Food was hot and fresh, drink made perfect, me and my wife will be going back. Great service y'all.
