I am not the only customer this happens to if you read below. If your on your lunch break go somewhere else you will use your entire lunch waiting or never get waited on. Do better

I placed a mobile order and waited nearly 30 minutes with no assistance. I had to go to the other side and press the button, which added another 10 minutes, and still, no one showed up. Saw cars going through the drive through faster and finally got someone to talk to me. If you don’t mind long wait times, this might be fine, but if you prefer quicker service, you might want to try a different location. They also somehow messed up my ONE drink too:)

I ordered a Chicken club . Said I was going to have to wait 5 because they needed to cook the chicken . Get the sandwich and no bacon. Got on parking lot at 4pm and left at 430. That's how long it took to get my money back. What a waste of my time and energy.
I will only go here for Happy Hour drinks..if that.

Close at 10, but when we pulled in to order at 9:40 they turned off all their lights.
Every time I go they ate friendly and very helpful. They have given me moving boxes, honored online deals when app is not working. Zoey is the best manager! Thanks you guys for being awesome!

Food was just barely warm. The Sonic Blasts had little toppings. And no trash can on the way out!!! The premises were clean outside. I hope the franchisee and franchisor read their reviews.

Now I initially ordered a Sonic Breakfast burrito with bacon instead of sausage. Initial irritation is that I have to substitute and pay extra for bacon instead of just substituting bacon for sausage.
My first breakfast burrito comes out with sausage instead of baking. So I have to send it back.
I wait for a new breakfast burrito to be made and brought back to me. And when it comes back, it doesn't have any eggs in it.
And is it just me, or are these burritos getting smaller every time I order one?
