I saw a lot of bad reviews before I went today and thought they were a long time ago. I got my food within 5 minutes and the guy was very nice. Then I started eating my burger and fries. The bun on the burger was hard and the fries were almost cold. I threw it away and went somewhere else. Don't go here, the reviews are true.

It was so nice to get great service from Sonic! This is not my local store and it was a refreshing change. I ordered ahead on the app, it was ready almost when they said it would be AND THE ORDER WAS HOT AND CORRECT, something the Smithville store can't seem to ever do. Nicely done, Sonic!

This might be the slowest Sonic in the history of the franchise. Ordered 2 DRINKS on the app, pulled into an App delivery spot and entered the number in the App. WAITED FOR 21 MINUTES and just left without the drinks. The people on either side of me were never served. The person in the drive through was there for at least 15 minutes. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Will never order breakfast here again. I got there ultimate meat burrito and got 1 piece of bacon and like 5 nibs of sausage. Management here clearly dosnt care about any kind of standards.

I’ve visited during open hours several times with employees present, yet they overlook customers. Sometimes employees say they are closed and other times they completely ignore me. I will give you what you want and I won’t attempt to return. How is this establishment profitable? Is this actually a legitimate business? I have never even been able to get food here.

If it was up to me I would give them no stars. I ordered a chilie cheese coney meal and got everything but the coney, I checked the bag infront of the worker and she walked away before I could tell her. So I instantly pressed the red button, they didnt believe me because they forgot the receipt and by the time I got it the rest of my food was cold. Instead of laughing and giggling with the customers outside, do your job. Also they sent 2 people out to question me about it like id hide it in my car, calls food aint that good.
Sonic has been rewarding its active online followers with a free Sonic Cheeseburger on Friday with any purchase. I had made a stop in Mt. Juliet Friday morning around 10:30 am and decided to stop at this Sonic on my way to Hermitage. I had a flight to catch in a couple of hours so I ordered online for this location instead of the Hermitage or Donelson locations. I thought it would quicker and more convenient. Due to traffic it took me another 5 minutes to get there. I then waited another 10 minutes before a young lady brought out my food. I immediately drove off and got on the highway heading back to my home. I couldn't wait so I went into the bag and grabbed the burger. I immediately felt something was wrong. I felt hard. As I opened the wrapper it was quite evident that this burger was from the prior day. The heel was hard and crusty and the tomato and lettuce were soggy and disgusting. I couldn't turn back to return it, so I am providing this review. I have never received a burger like this from Sonic , free, half-price, or otherwise. Shame on this location as I will never stop here again.

I try to give this place chance after chance but the service is always the same. Extremely slow. Generally wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes to get your order even if it’s small and you order ahead on the app. They’re either extremely understaffed or the place doesn’t have good workers. Sadly I'm not surprised their rating is low. :/
