If I could give it a no star I would. The service is ALWAYS horrible and I waited 15 minutes for one drink. There are no employees and the ones that are there are rude and have no social skills. I will not be coming back. I hope this place goes out of business.

They're always having staffing issues. Drive thru only at Sonic, the drive in fast food restaurant is clown shoes, and it's happened more than once. Pay people commensurate to the time and physical commitment they put in and you'll have staff.

food is good, they only ever have one or two staff members working and take over 15 minutes to take ur order at a speaker after saying the park and order is unavailable.

Came to this sonic at 5:30 pm on Sunday 12/3. No stalls were open , all the lights were off outside but they had the drive thru operating. I pull up to pay and ask "are you guys closing soon?" The girl replies "No. We just haven't had a chance to turn the lights on" WHAT A JOKE. HOW HARD IS IT TO TURN LIGHTS ON?!

Ran by teenagers. No manager insight. Took forever, didn’t show customer service. I never write reviews but I made it a point to do so for this sonic. It’s the worst.

Sat there for 20 minutes today just for nobody to answer. I went just for a happy hour drink, keep in mind 10min of this they didn’t have a single customer so not understanding why it’s so hard to answer.

Had an hour work break, decided to stop really quickly. Only ordered a burger, mozzarella sticks, and two drinks. Ordered around 3:10-3:15. Waited until around 3:40. Pressed the button again to request for a refund. Waited another 10 minutes before having to physically walk up to door and request for one. I’ve worked fast food, I know how it is being understaffed, but at least let the customers know, “hey just a heads up we are understaffed so it may take a bit longer.” If I had known I simply wouldn’t have waited my entire break at sonic.

What a terrible experience, literally sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes at the menu and the staff just ignored me after they said to hold. The drive thru line was completely emptied and they wouldn’t take my order.

What is going on at this place?.. why they don’t care? .. My entire order wrong, cold and hard after waiting in the drive thru for almost 15 mins. Just ridiculous! Worse sonic I ever been too. Will never return.
